I’m very pleased with my experience! The package unit I had needed replacement and what I had in mind was to move the new unit to a different location which I guessed would be more complicated. With my other quotes I had the sense they weren’t happy about taking that on but these folks basically said yeah, it will be, but this will be a challenge to look forward to. I like that. Beyond that the project was done on time and this new system is great! I’ll be looking forward to having them maintain this system over the years.

BLUF: If you want an honest, fair-priced HVAC company, call Duplechain Heating and Air. If you enjoy overpaying, go with the flashy guys. I recently had a big-name HVAC company come out—fancy truck, slick graphics, lots of advertising. They quoted me $600 to replace two relays that cost about $20–$30 each. Then they hit me with an outrageous price to replace my second unit. Total rip-off. Thankfully, I knew Greg from Duplechain through a family friend. Straight shooter, no BS. The difference between his quote and the first one was night and day. It was clear the other company was padding their prices to cover overhead and marketing. With Greg, you get honesty, trust, and real integrity. He replaced my AC unit quickly and professionally. Highly recommend—guys like this are hard to find these days.

I had a great service experience with Greg Duplechain. This was the first time I worked with him, as he was connected with me through Oply home management app. In addition to servicing the HVAC unit before winter, he also conducted an inspection of the ductwork. He additionally corrected the wiring from the thermostat to the HVAC unit so I could use both stages of the motor; something I previously could not do because whoever installed the HVAC did not wire it correctly. I look forward to have him coming back out for future inspections and to correct some duct and gas pipe issues. Thank you, Greg!
