Brandon Brewer, Gabe A, and Maxx W arrived at our business facility to diagnose a cooling discrepancy from a newly installed AC unit. They diligently listened to us describe what was occurring inside the building. In a short matter of time, the Higdon team rectified the issue and explained all corrections that were made. In addition, the team remained on-site momentarily to ensure the corrections made met our business needs. Hats-off again to Brandon, Gabe and Maxx.
