"DIY system is nice, but the monthly cost is not in line with other DIY systems. I would go with Ring or Simplysafe next time just because of the monthly cost. Overall the support is good, but that doesn't justify the monthly cost."

"Excellent customer service. Did a great job installing fixture. Great references on where to go for replacement lightening."

"Other Joe and Chase came out and worked on the system. Joe installed a new updated router requiring a lot of work getting everything to work. Chase assisted. Cannot say enough about the quality of work and their character. Efficient and polite. They have done a lot of work for us over the years and they keep getting better."

"I was very impressed with the installer who was sent. He mounted the dish without drilling through my new roof, which might have voided my roof warranty, Also, he mounted the dish in a location where it is easy for me to brush the snow off it in winter. I appreciate his knowledge and thoughtfulness. Also, they didn't charge me to re-install the dish."

"We installed it ourselves. For all the equipment and everything it was $103. The price was very good because my monthly payment was only $49 a month. I like them better and I have heard too many horror stories for another company. Responsiveness, I would have to give them a 100%. I have set the alarm off by opening the door without turning it off and they were right on top of it to call and make sure we were okay. I love it. I feel safe. The quality is good. We own our equipment so when we move it will go with us. We have 9 sensors that came with that plus the other one that will go off when you move around, the motion sensor. I have had no bad problems at all. They are alert and call right away to make sure we are okay. I have the key fob and also it is battery operated if the power goes out. It is wireless and I can program it from my phone."

We can make appointments for Sundays.

"LOVE this system!  Customer service was extremely nice and made my experience effortless.  Speaking of effortless, the self-installation was super easy.  It took me less than 30 minutes from start to finish to get my system up and running.  Highly recommended!"
