If a job takes me 4 hours or less my daily charge is then $200. If you are easy-going and are cool to work with I will probably give you a discount! For any 5-8 hour job, a contractor will likely charge you $700-$1000 for labor and the price is variable depending on what kind of work was done. With me it does not matter what kind of work I do, I still charge $400 a day for labor.
