These guys are wonderful.  My carpet looks great.  The wet carpet dried in record time, and I will definitely use these guys again!!  They are on time, truthful and thorough.  Best job I've ever had in carpet cleaning experiences.

Generally they are very good. They are easy to coordinate with and make appointments. The carpets get clean. Once they didn't get some wax out of the carpet, the next time a different crew came out and when they were done you could not tell wax had ever been on it.

I've had Ken's Carpet Cleaning out twice so far and have referred them to all of my friends. They're efficient, professional and extremely reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone who wants their carpets/upholstery cleaned well.
