We had a great experience with this company. I called a few days before a house inspection and they were able to come over the next day. They arrived on time and did phenomenal work on carpets and upholstery cleaning.

Sean and Spencer Phoned and arrived right on time. They did a great job removing the "new puppy stains" from the carpeting and cleaned 3 Oriental rugs. They were polite and knowledgable and the fee was very reasonable. I'm very happy with this Company and will use them again.

Techs were on time very professional and did an outstanding job. Would highly recommend Stanley steamer to anyone. Price half of company we used before and did a much better job!

I've seen Stanley Steemer on the TV and I called them. He gave me a special bill because I had them do extra rooms in the house. I would use this provider again.

I will give them an and ldquo;Aand rdquo; on all but I will give them a and ldquo;Band rdquo; on price. I had no issues I just thought that their price is a little high.

Kevin was professional and worked the whole three hours practically without stopping, however, he was friendly and always answered my questions. I've used many other services over the years, but I can't help but think that the steam and the suction is really pulling out the dust. We have no pets and take off our shoes at the door, but we get our share of dust here in Anchorage. Prior to Kevin coming, I had everything off the floor, except the large furniture pieces - a lot of work for me, but I wanted as much carpeting as possible cleaned. I will definitely use Stanley Steemer again.

They arrive on time and called. The next day I noticed some spots and they came back to redo the area. It looked great.

Timing was critical on cleaning our carpets as the moving truck was coming the next day. Former owners had a cat which my daughter and I are both allergic to, and a dog. Crew showed up and the electricity went out. The crew waited approx. 20 minutes until the electricity returned and cleaned the entire house (completely empty). 5 bedrooms, 2 hallways, walk-in closet, oversized living room, dining room, and steps at a cost of $599. They offered a scotch guard treatment to protect against future stains which we had them apply for an additional $255. They also offered a bottle of spot cleaner which my husband purchased (we have kids and dogs). The carpets looked fantastic when they were finished and cleaned up well.

Two young men called in advance, and did a quick and excellent job at cleaning the carpet that I showed them. I will call them again to finish the carpet cleaning after we have moved everything out of the basement.

The man arrived right on time and even called us that he was on his way to make sure we we ready for him. We discussed if there were any specific concerns for stains and such in either bedroom and then he went to work. The cleaning only took about 20 minutes. He offered us a cleaner for an additional price to help with any future stains. We paid with a credit card and he left. We really liked how they offered a deodorizing and/or stain guard options. All in all it was a good experience.

Great job for type of carpet

My wall to wall carpets had been sorely neglected - they hadn't been cleaned in 8 years! I have 4 children plus a large dog who goes on hikes in the woods and loves to roll in leaves, etc. I was embarrassed at how bad my carpets looked.. I honestly thought I might have to replace them if I wanted the areas to look halfway decent again. The Stanley Steemer crew was amazing. When I called, I got an appointment right away. They cleaned 2 hallways, an oversized LR, bedroom and a family room. The results were better than I had dared hope for. There had been noticeable dirty pathways in the major traffic areas. They're nearly completely gone now - hardly noticeable! They treated my furniture respectfully and even had protectors for the corners where the walls meet to prevent damage from the hose rubbing against it. The carpets were cleaned, and quot;rakedand quot;, and areas that required extra attention were blown semi dry with a fan. I couldn't be happier! Don't know why I waited to so long to have this done. I will definitely use Stanley Steemer again!

Stanley Steemers are good.

Generally they are very good. They are easy to coordinate with and make appointments. The carpets get clean. Once they didn't get some wax out of the carpet, the next time a different crew came out and when they were done you could not tell wax had ever been on it.
