Slavic and Danial did a fantastic job on remodeling my bathroom. I interviewed 5 contractors for the job, and they were the one that earned my trust. I shared my remodel plan with them and they did a lot of ground work in the first visit. They were very responsive on communication through both email and text message. They finished the work on time with very good quality. It was a great pleasure to work with them. I would highly recommend them

In our three bedrooms, Switch Electric installed new electrical ceiling boxes, appropriate controls, and ceiling fans (with lights). We also had them convert three outlets from being switched to unswitched. Also, in one room, we had them add a dimmer and a track lighting ceiling box. (We then installed the track lighting ourselves.) Additionally, per Redmond electrical code, then install arc-fault protection. The work required working in the attics. We supplied the fan/lights (from Seattle Lighting in Bellevue). They charged no dispatch fee and were in the middle on price compared to two other estimates. They were also the only one to include the legally required Redmond electrical inspection. On the workday, they arrived with a team of three in the morning. Their work was professional and neat. We noticed two small problems caused by miscommunications. They cheerfully come back for an hour and fixed the problems. The work passed Redmond inspectional easily. We love the fans and the lights and highly recommend Switch Electric

The job was quite expensive but the technician did everything they said they were going to and did it well. They left things clean, were professional throughout and I would select that technician over others for future work.

Our 1940's house was in dire need of a complete replacement of the electrical and HVAC. We had knob and tube wiring throughout the house an incredibly small panel a general contractor installed and poorly tied in new wiring to, an old gas furnace that could barely heat the house and would trip the breaker every time, a hot water tank that was nearing 20 years old, poor lighting etc. We quickly realized the work needed was well beyond our capabilities of 30 somethings who watch DIY home repair youtube for fun, so we started asking around for bids. The bidding process itself went extremely well. Bryan and Jim made separate trips out to our house, took an extensive tour and asked a lot of questions. We wanted it all. Recessed ceiling lights, directional lighting, additional outlets in all rooms, CAT6A ran (more on this later), the gas furnace removed and replaced with a new one, and relocated across the basement to consolidate utilities into one area, tankless water heating, AC, ducts removed and replaced for better vent location, and the gas line ran up to the kitchen for a gas stove. We were essentially building a new house. We received the bids and while they were a little higher than some estimates we got from other companies, we felt that they had a better handle on the tasks that needed to be completed and thus that their estimate was far more accurate. Once the bid was accepted, we scheduled a 2 week block of time to get the job done. The electric team, Thomas and Steve, came out first. My biggest concern was that since we lived in the house, we would be without essential utilities while they worked. They quickly put my fears to rest and gave us a plan that would only take down a couple rooms at ta time while they were rewired and tied into the old panel. Once the majority of the wiring was done, they would then swap out the panel, putting our total downtime to only a few hours. A couple days later the HVAC team, Matt, Riley and Ryan, came out to begin work alongside the electric team. They also came up with a plan that would keep us with minimal downtime of essential utilities. The work progressed without much issues for two weeks. The teams worked with us to determine the best placement of every single outlet, vent and light, and were more than happy to make minor changes to the plans. At the end of every day they cleaned up any derbies left. One minor issue that cropped up towards the end was the realization that neither team had made provisions to run a duct for our bathroom fan (the bathroom lacked one at all). By the time we realized this, the HVAC team were wrapping up and had another job scheduled for the next day. A quick email to Bryan and Jim quickly resolved the issue and the vent was installed. In regards to running CAT6A network cable throughout the house, we had made arrangements that we would provide the cable and terminate the ends, and that they only had to run cables through the walls. The team was more than willing to work within this. However poor judgement on our part left them without enough cable to finish the runs. This coupled with other minor delays that all construction encounters delayed the finish by a couple of days. Again, Thomas and Steve went above and beyond and came out on their saturday to finish the job. The finished work is amazing. Cable are routed neatly through the basement to the panel. Each cable is labeled, and the panel is clearly labeled. The new gas heater fills the house with heat in minutes, the AC chills to the bone, and the hot water is endless. Our rooms are well lit. It feels like a new house. One final note; our family is a bit outside the cis het norm. We're a poly triad with two trans women and a cis bi guy. We have trans pride flags all over the house and in our windows, and we're not shy about being *****. No one from Seatown had any issues with this. Pronouns were respected, no awkward questions or stares. Overall I would highly recommend Seatown Electric Heating and Air. We have some additional items we'd like to have get done and will be having them back out

I contacted Seatown Electric about installing a replacement bathroom fan; the existing fan (an inexpensive and loud NuTone) was undersized for the bathroom and leading to condensation. I e-mailed Lisa and Matt at the main office to get their input on a new fan with humidity-sensing capabilities, high airflow, and low sound. They sent me a suggestion for a high-quality Panasonic bathroom fan that fit my needs perfectly, plus an estimate that was very reasonable. On the scheduled day, Jeff and his assistant arrived and got right to work: they spread out some protective gear for my floors, removed the old ceiling fan, enlarged the ceiling cutout to accommodate the new fan, and had the new fan installed in just over an hour. I was particularly impressed at how carefully Jeff removed the old fan - it wasn't as easy as simply pulling the old one out, but he took the time to cleanly remove it from the ceiling without unnecessary cutting or leaving behind any stray mounting hardware. To top it all off, Jeff and his assistant cleaned up all the stray dust and insulation that had fallen from the ceiling. In the end, I had an awesome new ceiling fan with a humidity sensor that was installed in much less time than it ever would have taken me. :-) I'm very happy with Seatown and will be hiring them again

No matter the Challenge; We are REDDIE.
"Reddie Electric installed an ev charger and did some other electrical work for us. We got quotes from multiple different electrical companies and contractors. Some of them said additional equipment was required before we could install a charger. For some of these companies, we had to upload photos, and on top of that, schedule time for a technician to come out just for an estimate.
Reddie was able to give us an accurate estimate after a video walkthrough, without any unnecessary add-on parts / services. He then scheduled a single appointment for the work to be done, set clear expectations on the work, purchased required items and finished on time, all without charging us a premium. The electrical inspection went without any issues and the inspector even mentioned that he was familiar with the company’s work.
In future, I would save myself the trouble of getting multiple quotes and just go with Reddie’s Electric for their flawless service

"I’m very glad I went with Smart Electric to fix our issue, involving outlets that were failing and power failures in a specific area of our home, even though the circuit breaker seemed okay. From the moment I contacted them I sensed professionalism, and immediately felt at ease. The person sent to fix the problem (Keith) was quick and thorough, and fixed the issue. When we experienced a similar issue some weeks later, same circuit, I called Smart Electric in a panic and they put Keith on the line, and we talked through it together. Keith remembered everything about my prior issue, including how the circuit in our home ran, and provided a solution I was able to complete on my own, saving me another visit and cost. He even let me know what I should do to ensure we don’t have another issue down the road, based on the load our home is designed to take on that circuit. I am very happy with Smart Electric and highly recommend them ... also, I think I may owe Keith dinner or something.

"I've found it to be hard in this day and age to find reliable companies who do good work and stand by their work, but Brian at Live Wire Electric truly is one of the good ones. The quality of the work was top notch and commensurate with the prices charged, and when there was an issue with one of the recently installed ventilation fans, I texted him and he called me back within minutes. He came out immediately (same day) and made it right without missing a beat, without giving us any runaround, and without trying to pass off any of the cost to us. 10/10 recommend them and would hire them again.
