Curtis and Reid were phenomenal from start to finish. Curtis’s communication was always prompt and he always arrived when he said he would. We had a large Rotting deck that had to be removed along with the siding it was attached to. Curtis investigated everything for additional rot and remediate what he could while replacing what needed to be. He did his best on being mindful of our budget by replacing only what needed replacement where other companies were wanting to do a lot of reframing. They then reframed a window for a sliding glass door, put in new insulation and plywood, new trim and then installed new hardieboard on two sides of the house to match the cedar we already had on the other two. Our front steps and porch also had to be replaced due to rot. They demoed them and framed a new, larger to landing. Reid then built the new steps out of trex. They turned out really great, as did all the other work. We’re really happy with Everything. Curtis and Reid were always professional, respectful and mindful of our budget. I also thought his quote was very reasonable and they came in within a few hundred dollars of it. We couldn’t have been happier with the work and wouldn’t hesitate to hire Curtis again for any future work we need done.

Curtis and Reid did an amazing job and were very easy to work with and communicate. This was a big job(bigger than expected) as with old homes lots happen. Communicate clearly with these guys and you will get what you want and love the end result.

They are trustworthy. They do quality work for a competitive fair price. They stick to a schedule. They are flexible with changes to the work plan. Ive used them on at least five major jobs. I would highly recommend them.

Curtis and his team were professional, straightforward, and prompt. They showed up when they said they would, and let us know in advance when the schedule needed to change. The job was large, involving many disparate pieces and challenges that evolved as we got into the bones of the pre-existing house, bearing walls, and things that needed to be brought up to code. Many times, forward progress required creative problem-solving, where both Curt and Reid were communicative, collaborative, and responsive to the decisions that we made about how to proceed. Curtis handled issues with subcontractors, including electrical, concrete, and roofing. I would rate the various subcontractors from B to A work. Curt was also sensitive to our money constraints, and worked with us to choose economical solutions as we went along. As Covid-19 hit during our project, the timeline was interrupted and we, the homeowners, continued some parts of the project during the state-imposed lock-down. Curtis and his team followed the phase 1-2 rules, and were also cooperative as they consulted and helped over the phone with the progress we were making before they could return to work. Overall, the work progressed steadily and we're happy with the results. The team were pleasant to work with and we would (and have) recommended them to friends.

He did everything. The work was fabulous. It was quality work. The service was great.

The work went well, it was quite a huge work, but they kept us informed, and they did a good work, pleased doing business with them, I would highly recommend them.

Curtis repaired a set of window and side trim for me in 2016. It was mostly fine, except he billed for more hours than his men were on site, and I have cameras so I noticed it. He corrected his bill and I paid it. Fine. Then, only 3 years later, the same trim he fixed failed, and failed badly. By the time I realized it, a quarter of one side of my house was rotting, essentially everything below the window trim which had opened at the bottom seam. I called Curtis - he strung me along for 2 weeks. But then he claims he found the guy that worked on my house, and he had an amazingly clear recollection of fixing all the other trim, but not THAT trim. Except that I have before and after pictures. So I had to hire someone else and will take Curtis to court. But the kicker is this: in his last email, he said (I have this in writing) that he would be happy to reconsider IF WE HAVE VIDEO OF HIS MEN DOING THAT PARTICULAR TRIM. LOL - so he is certain they didn't fix it, but is happy to talk if I have video of him fixing it. That is the level of responsibility you get from this crew. Avoid.

Curtis did a very profession and reliable job cleaning my gutters and treating my roof. Last year he also cleaned the roof, but advised me that a full cleaning was not needed this year. His honest advice was most appreciated. I highly recommend Curtis.

The project went really well. The timing worked perfectly, I was on vacation for a week when the stain was being done and we were able to get everything out of the way before I left. I came back to beautiful floors and Curtis was back at my house in no time putting on the finishing touches.

Curtis did a great job on cleaning our roof and gutters. Our home has two stories and relatively new but the roof and gutters had not been cleaned in more than five years and we're in desperate need of his services. He also cleaned the roof of our separate garage which was not only covered in moss but blackberry bushes as well. The job was done quickly and efficiently, and reasonably priced. From the start, Curtis was very professional and prompt. His estimate was considerably lower than another bid I received.   He made arrangements with my tenant to clean the roof and followed through until the job was finished.  I heard from my tenant, she too was impressed with his professionalism and the great work he provided.  I would recommend CW Wolff LLC to anyone looking for an honest contractor, who does what he says he's going to do, on time and within the budget.

On my house and garage a bio degradable spray was used to kill all the moss which had been on them for years

after the moss had died and dryed he came back and with a wire brush brushed all the moss off.  

he then with a blower blew the roofs clean since the product used  to kill the moss is bio degradable no harm can come to the surrounding area if you have a flower or vegetable garden.

he is very dependable and helpful as to how to maintain your roof to remain moss free in the future.

as a side line he also does power washing of roofs, driveways, patios, ect.

I would highly recommend this service by him and plan to have him back to keep my roofs free of moss

Great! Curtis did a great job on our roof and gutters. He came on time and finished when he said he would. I liked that he uses eco-friendly products so I didn't have to worry about my plants or grass getting damaged. Curtis was very nice and professional and I would definitely recommend him.

The work was done in one day-- the driveways hadn't been pressure washed in over 20 years so they were heavily coated with dirt and moss. I didn't even recognize the pads when I got home! It looked terrific! Significantly improved the appearance of my home so I am very happy.

Showed up 5 minutes prior to his scheduled time. Sprayed the entire roof, regardless if moss was present in that area. I have a detached garage nearly as large as my living area, and that cost was greatly reduced. Came back to my residence two weeks later ( Again showing up when scheduled ) and brushed the dead moss into the gutters. Cleaned the gutters and removed the moss from my residence.

Our roof was way overdue for moss cleaning. I've cleaned it myself before but it wasn't too long after the moss appeared again. This time I decided to call a professional service. CW Wolff Construction did a wonderful job. They use only biodegradable and environmentally friendly products. They showed up promptly, set up all their equipment quickly and sprayed the entire roof within two hours. Curtis came back few days later to remove the moss and he cleaned the entire roof and gutters. Our roof looked as good as new again! Curtis also pressure washed the driveway, which made a big difference. The end result was great, and we couldn’t be more satisfied.

I was advised by my insurance company to get the moss removed from my new (to me) house. There was a coupon offered here by a company I have used before at my Seattle house. I bought it online and scheduled the cleaning. Curtis came over to take a look but I didn't have to be home for that. The roof needed a little more than what the coupon offered because of the condition of the roof. I trust him and his workers, and the house inspection made notice of the need to do some roof maintenance so I was happy he had availability. The price was an additional $100 for condition and size and I believe it was more than a fair price for the work to be done.  

It looks like a brand new roof :-)

Fast to respond on both requests. Job went without any problems and even went to home depot to pick out replacement for me.

Curt was great!  Once we got going, we were off, and he has great communication, very respectful and professional; direct, which is delightful in situations like this; and his guys were the same.  The work went fast and was cleaned up at the close.  It looked great when finished.  We will absolutely be using this company agafuture for handyman services-and roof cleaning!
