The project managers who oversee the project from start to finish have been diligent, respectful and ensure that the work being done is of the highest standards. They are on-site every day with a whole team working to get the job done as beautifully and as quickly as possible. The attention to detail from the whole group is what I most appreciate. We have used them for whole-home flooring (removal, installation and baseboards), recessed lighting, countertops, backsplash and would trust them with any project. We recently completed a third project with Spectrum One that included widening doorways, redoing an outdated fireplace hearth, and remodeling two bathrooms. Everyone at Spectrum One is quick to respond, honest, creative, and fun to be around. We love them and highly recommend to anyone looking to do a renovation, repair, or build

The job was more complicated than just replacing the tile. Phil gave us two reasonable bids, one for just the tub and surround walls, the other for the entire bathroom. There were several existing features in the bathroom that we had lived with but didn't particularly like so we decided on full replacement. Phil did the majority of the work - Ryan and others also were involved. We were kept well-informed of the process/progress of the project. In about a week, the bathroom was finished -- and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. Definitely a positive experience. They are hardworking and do a wonderful job. We look forward to working with them again

"Mohamad with MIS Construction remodeled my duplex. This place hadn't been updated in over 90 years. It needed a complete rehab! This was a Huge Project! Each side is three (3) bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms. I got two new kitchens, four new bathrooms, two new laundry rooms, two new A/C units, new electrical and plumbing throughout and a new roof plus all the trim that was needed to complete each side. Mohamad, his guys and his subs did a high quality job at a super fair price. They made a great team and I am very happy with the job they did!! I feel lucky to have had MIS Construction do the work. Mohamad has integrity which is just as important as quality workmanship. My project was finished on time and on budget. I now live in one side and rent out the other unit! The rental income is a huge help! I would hire MIS Construction again!

"As you can see Huver has done several things for me. His pricing is fair and he works with you to give you what you need within your budget. The last job he did I was recovering from surgery. The first day I had to ask them to leave early and he said no problem and said if I wanted to skip the next day that would work. He said my health came first.
