"This was a major remodel, it required new support piers under the hour, walls removed and new walls, the kitchen underwent an extensive remodel and a new bathroom was added. "We found McCormick home builders through Angie’s list. They were not one of our original contacts, but they contacted us and came out to give us a quote. Matteo was extremely helpful, informative, honest, and gave us reasonable realistic prices, and did not try to inflate the prices or pressure us in anyway. We felt very comfortable with him immediately. We felt like he was a member of the family that we could just talk to and ask questions he was very personable. He gave us his contact number in case we had other questions and he was always available when we needed him for any type of questions or concerns. Mateo‘s team did a beautiful job. They were fast. They were efficient. They cleaned up beautifully. They did a wonderful job. They were very considerate of our time our needs and our neighbors. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Matteo from McCormick home builders for any home building projects, and we will be calling him again in the future!"

"Mr Neill Dougherty is an excellent custom builder, designer, communicator, and always professional. His prices are more than fair, especially when we saw the finished room!! We were somewhat unsure of exactly how we wanted the room, so Mr Dougherty helped us by showing several options that would work for our Mother-in-law studio addition. The room is absolutely beautiful! I love the flooring and custom tile work Neill created for the kitchen and restroom. Neill kept us up with all stages of the project, and was very accommodating and polite about my changes and "ideas" along the way. He even had an fantastic designer help me with Interior decoration after the apartment was ready! There has not been any issue we had to call back about. We will hire Mr Dougherty for any future building or remodeling we need! We highly recommend him for any project or home build."

"I’m so happy with the ADU build. The team respected our property, worked efficiently, and the result is a stylish, functional space. It feels like a little home within a home and will be perfect for guests or as a rental."

"Great!! I found Tom Gurzi on the Nextdoor site & decided to call him foe a bathroom complete redo. I found him to understand what I wanted to accomplish & feel his prices were reasonable. The job was a complete gut & update with new tile & vanity & fixtures. With Tom’s help & guidance the finished product was exactly what I had envisioned. Tom did most of the work himself and showed his patience & skill in making my new bathroom a show piece. I would highly recommend him."
