"Mr Neill Dougherty is an excellent custom builder, designer, communicator, and always professional. His prices are more than fair, especially when we saw the finished room!! "I had the pleasure of working with Vitaliy for our major home renovation where we completely remodeled our kitchen, floors, bathrooms, etc... It was my first time working with a contractor and I have to admit I was nervous- especially doing a project of this size.
