C&C PumpsAs a realtor, I'm always looing for contractors I can trust. C & C fits the bill. I have referred them to past clients with good results. I can confirm personally that they are awesome. On a cold Saturday afternoon our well pump went out. Called a few other people before I remembered that C & C does this kind of work. They actually answered their phone on a Saturday night and came out right away on Sunday to replace the pump. As of writing this 2 weeks later, I still have not received a return call from a few of it's competitors. Made the right choice and will not forget them again!!!- Laura S.

GROTH WATER WELLS, INCPerfectly. I could say enough good things to fully describe the company and their employees. Could ask for a more thorough and informative company to walk you through your issue and describe (in great detail) the options and what needs to be done. I was buying my home and the well did not conforn to code. Another company did the inspection but didn't preform any of the corrections so I did some research and called the BEST! They did everything to code and also explaines how to correct other issues that they weren't even working on for no cost! There is no other company I would call when it comes to working on my well. Can't put a price on an honest company and employee which is much more than I can say about many others in the area.- Leea C.

He was at my house within an hour. He replaced the failing sump part quickly. I can't comment on price comparison since he was the only person I called, but it seemed fair to me given the emergency situation. Everdry Waterproofing WisconsinThe workers were kind, courteous, and worked extremely **** ** the job. They made sure to keep me in loop throughout the entire process and did extra work to help us with the next steps of our renovation process. I am very satisfied with how the outside of the home looks and is sealed up. They also did a great job relocating the sump pump and creating a whole new drain tile system. The few problems we have encountered since the work finished have been fixed by professionals in a prompt manner. Overall, we are excited to have our basement dry and start fixing it up!!- Jeff S.

Burkhardt Heating & Air ConditioningWe called and got quotes from 4 different companies after our 28 year furnace gave up the ghost. GaryP., the manager that helped us was excellent. He was the most thorough of the 4 companies we called in examining how they would put the new heater in. We needed to have the fresh air and exhaust moved, a condesate line run, the air conditioner replaced, etc. While he was not the cheapest quote, I felt we'd get better value with Burkhardt because of Gary's professionalism and expertise. I had a sense working with Gary that he was recommending only what we needed and the installation would be done professionally. From my research prior to the purchase I knew that selecting the right contractor was more important than the brand of the heater itself. The furnaces apparently are very close in quality and several brands are made by the same conglomerate. Gary's followup was excellent. Arrived on schedule. Went through the elimination process and determined problem was in the line to the pump or the pump itself (no water pressure). The service rep explained everything so that I understood fully what was going to happen. The pipe to the well motor was pulled up and a nickel sized hole was found in the pipe about 10 feet from the pump. The pipeline was galvanized metal and was very rusty. More holes were sure to develop; so, I had the whole line replaced. We also found the pump was 30 plus years old so, I had that replaced too. The service rep kept me informed through the entire installation process; as well as what to do after everything was completed. The pump had to be flushed with chlorine so, there is a short waiting process, tap flushing proceedure and water testing that he explained before leaving.

Was looking to have a new shower head installed on our existing bathtub. Shannon came out to give us a quote. After several calls and nearly a week after they had told us to expect a quote they sent us two quotes (for that and other work) that were both wrong by their own admission and promised to fix it. Cool, I'm a patient guy and he said he'd give us a bit of a discount. Second quote comes in and it's higher than the last so I call in to ask and am told I'd hear from the contractor later that day but now it's been two weeks (double checked call history) since the SECOND quote and I've heard nothing I call again yesterday to see what's up and am told that he'll call me that day. Well still no answer and when I call I just get sent to voice mail. Over all terrible, drawn out experience and little to no correspondence.

The problem was discovered after returning from an out of town trip on a Sunday night. The person on call had us text him pictures. He diagnosed the problems (which was causing water leakage in the basement) and advised us how to stop the leakage until they could get here on Monday morning. Estimated the cost at $150. and arrival time at 9am. They called to ask if it was ok to come over at 8:30. Total cost was $135! Super job at a reasonable price in a timely manner.

My A/C stopped working at the beginning of a streak of hot weather. I called Seider when they opened at 7:30AM. She took my information and told me they wouldn’t be able to make it until after 5PM as they were fully booked for the day. Also was told after hours rates would apply. At that point I was just happy to know someone would be coming. Especially since it was also the day before a holiday. Not much more than an hour later I got a call from Brandon, a Seider technician. He said he was about 10:minutes away and would it be okay for him to come now. That was more than fine with me. He arrived a short time later. We greeted one another and headed to the backyard where the unit is. He told me he was pretty certain that he knew what the problem was as he was familiar with the model that we have. And, he was right. He removed the failed part. Showed it to me and explained the problem. He retrieved a new one from his truck and installed it. He asked me to turn the air on. I was able to do that with my phone. And, viola! The compressor started right up and continued to run. Before Brandon arrived and replaced the part it would start but then stop after a few seconds. It’s now been about 10 days and the system continues to work like a champ. Thank you Brandon and Seider. It’s getting to be time to replace my furnace and Seider is at the top of the list for that work!
