Both Joshua and Jordan are efficient and thorough...their work is done quickly and professionally and their prices are fair. I have used them for a couple repairs and updates and would recommend them highly.

Their communication (calling and texting expected availability and arrival time) and promptness were superb. As far as I can tell, they did a great job on the outlet. I would definitely hire them again!

Jordan was very professional, thorough and the price was affordable! He was able to stop out the same day I called (which was a Friday) and was able to temporarily stop the leak. The following Tuesday, Jordan came back and replaced the valve, some pipes, tub/shower faucet and the cracked drain. We highly recommend Jordan. I know we will hire him again!

Jordan is very pleasant, polite, and efficient. He replaced the guts of the toilet and the line leading to the toilet. He gave me a quote over the phone (it came to under the quote). He called because he thought he would be late, but did show up at the original time. I will use him again, and have already passed his name on to a few of my friends already.

Jordan communicated clearly and often. He requested photos of the valves and pipe in question. He came up with an estimate prior to the work. I appreciated that he explained a few of the steps he was taking to make winterizing the house easier in the future. Awesome work!

At least now I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of. All my other plumber experiences resulted in there sneaking my drain for 200 Plus the trip cost. I am amazed. Jordan came over last night - He was scheduled to come at 5:30, but came at 4:30. We discussed the issue - cleaning out the lateral. Before he came, he told us that work of this sort would cost $275. I agreed. Jordan spent almost two hours. Then he came up and told me that he wouldn't be able to finish this tonight. He had told me that there were roots clogging up the line, and it was going to take some time to get through that. He had another project to go to. He recommended that I call another business (and he gave me the name). And, he said, that the other business would actually be cheaper, because we didn't need a certified plumber to do the work that we required. So, I asked Jordan what I owed him. He said to me - "You owe me nothing. I didn't get the work done that you asked for." "But, I said, you spent two hours at my house working on the problem - let me pay you for your time.". "No", he said, "I won't take anything because I didn't solve the issue". "Well, I said, at least allow me to give you a tip.". Again, he said "No, I won't take it". My wife and I were stunned. We are going to bring him back for another (smaller) project to install a faucet. I'm going to keep the number for this company around. And I ended up calling the company he recommended. They just left our house - this morning. Problem is solved. (And they charged $149). Jordan is quite amazing, and honest. You'll never get a better review from someone who didn't actually solve the problem himself. He's earned a customer for life.

Joshua came right on time and got right to work replacing 16 ballasts and 8 light tubes. Was completed within an hour. Cleaned up after himself. The cost was reasonable. A very pleasant experience and I would definitely hire him again if the need arises.

I had 11 exterior lights installed, Josh did a perfect job, and he takes pride in making sure everything is perfectly done. Extremely Friendly, reliable company, I would highly recommend them.

We recently moved and our first (quarterly) water bill was $1,020!! I contacted Jordan and he was able to come by THE SAME DAY to help me determine where water was running. Jordan was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Jordan was thorough and not only fixed our issues, he explained what he was doing along the way. I was so impressed with Jordan that I asked him about our water heater, which is old and needs replacing. Jordan was honest with me about my options, his prices are extremely fair and we've already scheduled a time for him to replace it! I cannot recommend Jordan enough!

Jordon will be our first choice for a plumber from this moment on.He is knowledgeable,patient and does everything to make sure the customer is satisfied.We needed a part that in the end turned out to be discontinued,but he went 4 different places trying to find it.We were not charged for the additional time and he will return to install the new part when we get it from the manufacturer.He was honest and direct and an absolute pleasure to have met.

Jordon was recommended to me through a retired Master Plumber. Our phone conversation described the issue and included my photos texted to him. He quoted a price, showed up on time and the work was completed satisfactorily. This led to discussions on other issues in this old house. The work was scheduled but sickness got in the way and I needed to cancel a one day project late on a Sunday. He was very respectful and willing to accommodate this situation. We will reschedule. Having worked in Field Service in engineering and technical levels customer service is a premium requirement. Jordan responded appropriately. The work will be rescheduled.

The whole experience was great from start to finish. Jordan was able to give me a price of how much the job will cost before he started. The repipe of the water lines turned out great and fixed our plumbing issues. Jordan’s on time, honest, and an experienced plumber!
