  I have a law degree from the University of Miami Law Center and know, from running my own property development business since 1978, and my experience dealing with City Roofing, that it is an extremely well run and professional business. I received bids from five different roofing companies and I met with the estimator-representatives each one sent to my home. City roofing's estimator, Inmer, was courteous and thorough in his evaluation. He showed me a video he took of conditions on my roof. His associate Anaiz followed up diligently from her office by phone and e-mail to discuss any questions I had and other bids I received from other companies. She has a solid knowledge of roofing issues. She explained in detail the issues of my roof problem and their suggested remedies. Inmer, whom I first saw when he came to give the estimate, also came to may house when work began to supervise the workers. It was so reassuring to see him again, since he well understood my roof problems, and to see how well he supervised his colleagues. They came to work at my home punctually each morning for three days. While at my home, they did not waste time or fool around. They focused on getting the job completed. They worked quietly and seriously. My office is in my home. While they were working, I hardy knew they were there because they were so professional and well supervised. When they were finished, they cleaned up very well and Inmer showed me a video of the work they did. Since I cannot climb onto the roof, I appreciated seeing his video which showed the condition of the roof after they completed the repair. Anaiz then e-mailed to me photos of the completed repairs. Before and during the job, Anaiz and Inmer gave me as much personal attention as I needed to explain to me the work they were doing. I wish every business in Miami was as professional and dependable as City Roofing

  This is my second time using the Tiger team, and they continue to impress me!!. This is the second time that I request their services. When I called to schedule an estimate appointment, I spoke with GiGi, she was the nicest must professional coordinator. She scheduled the estimate appointment and showed up during the time frame Gigi gave me. Ray showed up and performed a whole inspection, thank God for that because he found another area that was worst than the dryer vent one. They email me the estimate the same day. The price was fair for the work that needed to be done. We scheduled the appointment Once again they showed up on time, they worked diligently on both areas, they finished the work in about 6 hrs. They sent me the Invoice at the end, with pictures attached, my heart shrunk when I saw the amount of destruction the water had cause, there was a bowling ball size hole that I have not seen. then I saw the after pictures and I was overjoyed. This company saved me thousands of dollars in what I know it would have been eminent water damage in this soon to be rain season. I have not ever too joyfully paying repair bills, however there is always a first! I called this morning to take pay for the invoice, I spoke with Sean the assistant account manager, he was the cherry on top for this company. He is professional and caring. In conclusion this company should get 10 stars! They have amazing costumer service, amazing professional services and fair, competitive pricing. Don't gamble with other companies, simply go with The Tiger Team Roofing, you will not be disappointment

  I was so concerned with having to get a roof as several homes in my area had plywood or the peel and stick for months. The garbage left on the yards, etc really worried me. Tiger Team to the rescue. Excellent work! Clint provided the estimate and explained the process. I got 5+ quotes and TigerTeam was the most professional, payment is based on project phase completion.   I met Merlyn a couple of years ago when I called him for a small roof leak. He was highly recommended on all the reviews. They did such a good job that when the time came, I didn't hesitate to contact him to do my entire roof. Working with him is so unlike the "fly by night" contractors that swoop in after a storm and don't do the job the right way. He is fully licensed and insured. I saw no complaints on his file. His team was always so helpful and professional. They took care of all the details meticulously, all the permits, all the inspections. I noticed he used the highest quality material at every step. Not once did he try to cut corners. It took a little over a week to get it all done, the only interruptions being waiting for the city inspections. Every day, after working they immediately picked up and disposed of any debris. After finishing the job, they sent a specific cleaning team to make sure everything was clean and right. My house looks like new again. Merlyn has shown to be very honest, and he is a man of his word. If he tells you he will do something, he will. I highly recommend El Mago's Roofing.
