"We hired Krumlauf Floors to redo the flooring in a 3rd floor senior condo my parents purchased. Under the existing carpet was concrete which was jutting up in some places and needed much grinding and leveling. They ground and leveled the concrete, installed the flooring,stained and installed quarter round and replaced exiting damaged trim. They continued the flooring into all the closets and even were able to install it in the utility closet under the hot water tank. Many more really nice touches were done that I haven't written about. From the initial meeting to the final invoice the entire process went so smoothly for us that it was actually enjoyable. And the end result of the flooring is incredible. Their workmanship couldn't be better. Landan, his dad and Dustin did an AWESOME job for us. Super professional, very friendly and GREAT craftsmanship! "There aren’t enough characters here for me to express the utter joy I experienced in working with Ramos Timber. Jorge Ramos and his crew went above and beyond for my renovation project in every way. I hired Ramos Timber for a full remodel of my family home. The home had not been updated since the mid 1970s. I planned to convert my home into an investment property so it remains in my family. My grandmother and aunt purchased this home when I was an infant. The home contains many beautiful memories that we’ve passed along to our children through years of family visits, dinners and holidays. In addition, Ramos Timber uses the software program, BuilderTrend. This allows clients to track progress, view updated pictures, pay invoices and archive important documents. Ramos Timber beautifully transformed my 1970s family home into the stunning, modern home I had envisioned. I attached before and after pictures. They are true artists! Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, customer service and overall integrity are unmatched. "Signed a contract back on April 2, 2025. They were supposed to be out on Wednesday, May 21. They called me two hours before they were supposed to be here to cancel because of the chance of rain. We had zero rain here from 7:45 AM all the way to 3:30 PM. I wasted a vacation day as well. Contacted my salesman. He tells me he will get back to me. Here we are two days later and still no idea when the appointment is supposed to happen. Communication is poor at best. Amazing that a company that's been in business this long plays games like this."

"I reached out on Wednesday to book standard cleaning service for Friday, April 25 at 9am. I spoke with someone on Thursday morning to confirm. I was told that I would get an email confirmation with the booking info and paperwork. Not long after booking, I contacted them back to change the time to 2pm on Friday, April 25 and let them know that I had not received the email confirmation from the first time I called. I spoke with Mark. He confirmed my email again and said it would be on the way. He also confirmed that my appointment had been changed to 2pm. I called back twice regarding not receiving the email and confirmed my appointment time since I had not received anything. On Friday, April 25 in the morning, I still had not received anything and called again. I spoke with Nicole. The AI system and Nicole stated that my appointment was listed as 1pm. After a high level of frustration at this point I explained to her the entire situation and confirmed 2pm once again. My email address was still incorrect and she stated that she would change it and confirm my appointment for 2pm that day. I finally received the paperwork around 11am and signed it. At 2:15pm on Friday, April 25 I called back as I had not heard from anyone or seen anyone at my home for the service. I was told by Nicole that the person assigned was not available at 2pm. My question, why didn't anyone call me earlier to tell me so. Why was it 2:15pm and no one had called me to tell me that my work would not be done? Why was I booked on Thursday for 2pm if no one was available? The level of service at this company is deplorable!! They rely on AI and even the representatives in the office can't get a simple scheduling task completed. I wasted an entire day as I could have booked someone else that was actually available. A manager called me back (I don't remember his name) and asked if someone could come at 4pm or the next day. He said he would SEE if someone could come at that time, which means he was not sure if he would have anyone. After all of this I don't have any trust in the company that they would do the job that I needed them to do. I canceled immediately!!!!"
