I reached out on Wednesday to book standard cleaning service for Friday, April 25 at 9am. I spoke with someone on Thursday morning to confirm. I was told that I would get an email confirmation with the booking info and paperwork. Not long after booking, I contacted them back to change the time to 2pm on Friday, April 25 and let them know that I had not received the email confirmation from the first time I called. I spoke with Mark. He confirmed my email again and said it would be on the way. He also confirmed that my appointment had been changed to 2pm. I called back twice regarding not receiving the email and confirmed my appointment time since I had not received anything. On Friday, April 25 in the morning, I still had not received anything and called again. I spoke with Nicole. The AI system and Nicole stated that my appointment was listed as 1pm. After a high level of frustration at this point I explained to her the entire situation and confirmed 2pm once again. My email address was still incorrect and she stated that she would change it and confirm my appointment for 2pm that day. I finally received the paperwork around 11am and signed it. At 2:15pm on Friday, April 25 I called back as I had not heard from anyone or seen anyone at my home for the service. I was told by Nicole that the person assigned was not available at 2pm. My question, why didn't anyone call me earlier to tell me so. Why was it 2:15pm and no one had called me to tell me that my work would not be done? Why was I booked on Thursday for 2pm if no one was available? The level of service at this company is deplorable!! They rely on AI and even the representatives in the office can't get a simple scheduling task completed. I wasted an entire day as I could have booked someone else that was actually available. A manager called me back (I don't remember his name) and asked if someone could come at 4pm or the next day. He said he would SEE if someone could come at that time, which means he was not sure if he would have anyone. After all of this I don't have any trust in the company that they would do the job that I needed them to do. I canceled immediately!!!!

First visit was not great cut, bill twice contract. I called the company and complained, was told I would get two guys for half an hour, coming to the $65 target. Biweekly service was contrac -ted but the team came in one week, charged $94. Neighbor complained about clumps of grass tossed on her lawn by worker. I called and told the agent that I wanted to stop all services immediately due to overcharging and failure to follow agreed costs. i WAS TOLD i HAD TO PAY $60 FOR EACH REMAINING SERVICE, FOR A TOTAL OF $600! NO NUMBER OF SERVICES WAS EVER CONTRACTED, BUT SPEEDY CLEANS IMMEDIATELY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD THE $600.

Horrible. Spot cleaned when I paid for deep clean. they had to come back twice and still didn't complete the job.

We hired based on fast response to inquiry. They have lots of folks doing emails, phone and texts. Unfortunately, what we needed was a housecleaner. The one they sent had a new excuse every appointment for missing, and company had nobody else available to do cleaning. Our options were reschedule with that single cleaner or just skip that week. Every time. This schedule was set with cleaner, to her schedule which we accommodated. It is 6pm and we are still waiting for the cleaner scheduled at 2pm today. This time it was car trouble, last time was family issues, time before was medical emergency. Copious customer service offers apologies, but not solutions.

This is an update to my review from March - They sent someone to clean my house - this person was on the phone most of the time and made a worse mess than when he started. After 5 full hours, nothing was clean - even after asking the cleaner to redo what they'd supposedly cleaned already. They refused a refund even though they did not provide the service they committed to, so I had to dispute the charge. I just saw a SECOND charge for the same amount come through three months later. What a headache - this company is run by criminals. I'm disgusted by their complete lack of customer service and warn anyone that wants to use their service to get a new credit card number after working with them because they'll randomly charge you over and over instead of just taking the loss for a service they didn't even provide anyway.

A complete “SCAM” This was the absolute worse company I have ever encountered! I will start with being stood up (4) times for service, the first time I took off work the morning of the clean, I waited and waited, finally “I CALLED THEM” they told me I hadn’t signed the email, I told them I hadn’t received it, they gave me excuse #1 “They had the wrong email address” they rescheduled, I took another morning off, they were another no call no show, I received a call back finally after calling them only to be told my cleaner was having car problems and wouldn’t make it. I told them I would not be able to take time off work again so they offered a weekend appointment between 9:00 and 9:30 am, by around 10:15 I text to see what was going on and I was assured they were in route. The text I received by noon was telling me those cleaners wouldn’t be able to make it however some other cleaners were heading my way, 5pm they text, car problems and never came. They billed me $120.00 and never came to my house! A -0 is too high to rate these con artist! This company is a bunch of Bums if I’ve ever seen any!!! If they receive any good reviews it’s only because they have friends and family writing them! Don’t waste your time or money!

The cleaner did a great job, but I’m not thrilled with the service itself. Very expensive, and they had to reschedule at the last minute. If I had done that I would have been penalized, but they didn’t even offer a discount.

I am very disappointed with the cleaning as well as the company's follow up to my request for a refund for work that was never completed. I have two 1 bedroom apartments that needed cleaning. The total square feet may be 500-600. I also asked for both front and back stairwells to be cleaned. They billed me 5 hours work, did a mediocre job on the apartments and did not touch the stairwells. I have sent two emails and I spoke directly to a woman on the phone and requested a refund for the stairway work that was skipped. I was told they would get back to me and now weeks later I am giving up on getting any response from them.

It went fantastic. The cleaners were fast, efficient, on time and an absolute pleasure to have in my home. I will be recommending to my friends and neighbors!

This company itself sometime is not better organize but they were very pleasant and most of the time they try to be accommodating and also has some excellent cleaner.

Cleaner's did an amazing job, would definitely hire again!

The service is terrible They did not give the cleaners I reserved which didn`t happen. I reschedule the appointment but didn`t show up. They charge me for 3 hours but they didn`t do the service. There is no customer service and management communication.

It went great. I don't have time to do this cleaning myself. It's always nice to come home to a spot free home. I will definitely have them back regularly.

Very Disappointed. We hired Speedy Cleaners for house cleaning and mentioned that the kitchen was the most important room. After they left we saw food crumbs under the refrigerator and oven (right upfront, not even further back) and other trash under the sink. The next day (while moving in) we found piles of dust in corners of other rooms, bathrooms and hallways. Basically, all areas/spots that were not immediately accessible had been ignored and only the easy surfaces/floors were cleaned. And these are just two examples of the disappointing service. Communication was professional but for $450 we really expected much better cleaning. We ended up making Target runs to buy cleaning supplies and doing a round of cleaning ourselves. Will not be recommending to our friends.
