"Signed a contract back on April 2, 2025. They were supposed to be out on Wednesday, May 21. They called me two hours before they were supposed to be here to cancel because of the chance of rain. We had zero rain here from 7:45 AM all the way to 3:30 PM. I wasted a vacation day as well. Contacted my salesman. He tells me he will get back to me. Here we are two days later and still no idea when the appointment is supposed to happen. Communication is poor at best. Amazing that a company that's been in business this long plays games like this."

"We were very excited when we hired Justin for this job. The job ended up more expensive than we were originally quoted but that was due to our current floor being much harder to remove that we thought. We were understanding of the increase but as the days went on, the quality of work decreased. The job ended up taking twice the amount of time to complete and we already have a board coming up that we cannot get him to come back out and fix- this is 3 months post job. We have messaged and called twice with no response. While the company is young, we tried to be as understanding as possible and now wish we would have gone another route."

The owner did a house walk through and we detailed out the items to be cleaned ahead of time and then when the cleaning was completed we did another walk through and they touched up any item I requested. I was extremely impressed with the quality as were my realitor and new renter. The house was immaculate when they left, and no hidden fees or up charges, very transparent from the beginning. Steam cleaned all carpeted areas with focus on removing pet hair/stains, I was happy with the result and they were prompt with the service. As with all carpet cleaning the carpet was wet after longer than the 8 hours expected but this is normal in my opinion and I used fans to accelerate the drying process. I have already recommended this company to many of my friends and family."
