Great contact from Jim, I believe he would be Field Manager as he gave quote and coordinated everything. Extremely helpful in providing me addresses for homes with specific color roofs I was interested in considering. I visited homeowners on the reference sheet. Two of them right in my neighborhood! Overwhelmingly positive references and based on our experience, I totally agree. We got 3 estimates and Dickson had very competitive pricing. Their professionalism and the excellent references convinced us to go with Dickson. Jim didn’t do a hard sell or big push to have extra work added in the estimate; just nice simple business discussion. It was so refreshing! Roof looks great! "needed gutters cleaned and some minor repairs on a newly purchased house. when they got up there they said I also needed some new flashing, which I okayed. The work was okay, although the cleaning was not as thorough as I would have liked, given the price (I could see some of it afterwards from an upstairs window). they did text us photos, but not before and after photos so it was impossible to tell whether they really did the work to the standard that I felt I was paying for. they also were on the roof for so little time that It did not seem like they could be doing a quality job. in fairness to them, i later had an HVAC guy check out the flashing because he was up there for a chimney issue, and he said the flashing seemed fine from a quick look. I guess my biggest beef was the cleaning wasn't great, the cost was higher then some competitors, and their whole style left me without confidence in their work. none of this was a big enough issue for me to demand a refund at the time but definitely has made me turn to other contractors for my gutter and light roofing needs.
