After having endured many years of very inconvenient issues with my garage door, I finally decided to get it fixed. After having had a very bad experience with a prior garage door service, I was reluctant to engage another. I called to make an appointment and got it scheduled very quickly. They arrived on time and called twice to confirm they were in route and when they had arrived. They quickly determined what needed to be done and gave me a fair estimate. I added an additional service and they quickly went to work. After about 45 minutes they had fixed what had been a pain in my butt for YEARS! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. Great customer service. Very polite and patient with my many questions. The door now closes quietly and doesn't make the awful noises that I had thought were normal. I was pleased by the care and attention they gave to ensure everything was working perfectly before they left. GREAT COMPANY

Made online appt at midnight and office called me next morning were able to see me same day. Their tech diagnosed the problem and answered all my questions. and although my door is old and not common, they had all the parts on the truck. Work performed skillfully and thoroughly for a fair price.

Quick and efficient service

I purchased and had a new garage door opener installed by a handyman service. On the same day the garage door stop operating, panicking I contacted Home Advisor seeking help asap. Second City called me the same day... the next day they showed up I was so impressed the gentleman explain the whole process of what needed to be repaired and little things to look out for the next time. The service was excellent and very professional.

Our opener would open the door and have to be forced closed. We thought our opener had to be replaced. They came out and said the problem is most likely not our opener. Fixed some of the wiring, sensors, and oiled parts and now the garage door closes.

of new garage door opener when he arrived he reviewed the opener and informed me that I did not need a new opener. I had asked him to bring a new opener an he did. He fixed the issue and told me a new opener was not necessary. He could have installed a new unit and charged me I would never have known. Nice to have someone knowledgeable and trustworthy.
