He was at our house when he said he would be there.
Long story short, Tom recommended that we replace the roof. The repairs for the three known problems would be in the $6K to $7K range. However, the remainder of the roof is in bad shape.
Tom does not do Roof replacements. He could have told me to do the fixes (knowing I would spend the $6K with him) and then
get dinged on the home inspection latter on the rest of the roof.
By the way, Tom did not “push” me to any of his associates so I know he will not be getting a finder’s fee.
Summary:
If you need a roof repair, Tom’s your guy. He is professional, knowledgeable and most important, he is honest!
