Mike Kelly left me a message that he will not be able to make it for the appointment for the final inspection or walk-through before I bought a property so that really put me in a bind.  I ended up telling him not to come, he called me back, and ultimately he sent me a fax that was both threatening and intrusive.  It was the worst experience I have ever had.  I actually filed a complaint with BBB and called the local police department.  It seems like he has no business being in this business.  There was absolutely no customer service.  The pricing was okay.
