Chad did a thorough job of cleaning my gutters and downspouts. He is courteous, and punctual.

Snappy Pro and Chad, the owner along with his helper did an excellent job. They were on time, actually a little early. Their services were outstanding. They left no mess behind. The lanai had a pool in the middle of it and no dirt or runoff went into the pool. They charged a fair price. Their work was well worth the charge. There is no doubt that i would have Snappy Pro do work for me in the future.

Since I have a light colored metal roof, it shows mildew and dirt easily. I used Snappy pro before and he did such a good job I called him again. I asked him if he could get the gutters clean this time and he did an excellent job of that too. What I really like is he doesn't even have to walk on the roof to do it.

We originally hired Snappy Pro to clean our roof and our lanai. When he was here, we decided to also have him also clean our stucco house exterior. He gave us a bid quickly, kept in contact through email before and after we scheduled the appointment. He worked hard and did a thorough job. Really took time to protect our plants and tell us what we could expect. I loved that he didn't have to walk on our roof and possible break tiles to get it so clean! I also liked that when we hired Snappy Pro, we worked with Chad, the owner, from start to finish--- I like not wondering what crew will show up and hoping for a good crew. Chad did all the work. We will definitely use Snappy Pro Wash / Chad again. (Our neighbors had their roof done at the same time, and Snappy Pro gave us a discount.)

If you need your Spanish-style stained roof cleaned, call Chad from Snappy-Pro. He was communicative, prompt, courteous, cheerful and efficient. He was very professional from our first contact. He called and emailed a day or so before his appointment to do the cleaning. He called to say he was on his way the day of the cleaning. He cleaned our roof gently using a bleach and water blend to remove the micro organisms that cause roof staining. He never walked on the roof. He covered all our plants that might be affected by the bleach. He cleaned our gutters of all the detritus from surrounding trees. Chad also cleaned our stained driveway which had a moss growing in between the pavers. Then he re-sanded the pavers. Our roof, gutters and driveway look new and there’s no more mold or plant growth. We are extremely happy with the work that Chad from Snappy Pro has done. I felt the price was reasonable as well.

Great job! Service was completed while we were away and Snappy Pro provided excellent communication during service as well as pictures. Highly recommend! The roof looks so great that we decided to have the annual service to keep it that way.
