"Very easy to work with in terms of responsiveness. Reasonable pricing but the craftmanship itself is phenomenal. This is my second project with him and I will definitely be using him for any projects in my house moving forward. He is really good at what he does. By moving the laundry from the basement to the second floor was not easy because I didn't have a lot of space to do it and several people said that we can't do it but he's the only person who made it work and it's beautiful. It's perfect. It's exactly what I was looking for. His knowledge and his craftmanship is phenomenal."

"The initial build went reasonably well. We did find problems which they did come back and fix. I noticed a railing support that was cracked. I was told that I must of done it, that was that. The plugs that cover the screw holes in the stairs are falling out. I looked for some at Home Depot, but couldn't find the right color. I still had Chase's cell #, so I texted him and asked if he could send me some plugs, and I would do it myself. No response. Tried again the next day, still no response. I'm not surprised. Aging the build was decent, price was higher than most. Now that nearly 2 years have gone by, and customer service should be anticipated, nothing. Never again."

"Pedro and his team were excellent. They were professional and timely, hard-working and meticulous, and trustworthy. Best of all (at least for me), is that Pedro is VERY responsive and his team is assigned to get your job done and done correctly. They show up on time every day, and were willing to work late into the evening to hit the project milestones. Pedro was 100% clear about the costs, and he made sure I fully understood the areas where the costs were not known or where the costs could possibly change. For example, he said, "If you open up this wall, I'm not sure what we are going to find." I told him to proceed and his team opened up that wall and found that the previous contractor had installed literally zero insulation. Pedro met with me, reviewed what his team had found, went over all of our options, gave me his recommendation, and only proceeded when I completely approved the additional work that would be done and the additional cost entailed. Pedro is a true partner and his team does great work. I cannot recommend them enough. My wife and I have already booked them for another job renovating a first floor porch and creating a roof over the open-air second floor porch."

"Luis is far more than we expected . He has done work for us over 6 months and we found him to be highly reliable (does what he says, when he said it) and is very reasonable in his pricing. He is a pro who leaves the work area cleaner than he found it and does a meticulous job. His skills are many. For us, everything from mounting assist bars in the bathroom to weather stripping the doors to changing lightbulbs, replacing Shower door seals , remounting closet and cabinet doors, and the myriad of other things that happen over ten years of living. His painting work is precise and thorough. I would recommend Luis and his band of associates to do any work up to general contracting, confident in his work."

Starting with great listening to the attention to details that I was most excited about, to Edian’s / Alexis superior preparation & commitment to on time start & completion, Edian’s professionalism yielded 2 huge projects that are an absolute joy to behold. Edian’s extraordinary attention to details is so far beyond my expectations, that he actually improved upon my architect / engineer’s structural design. I will admit that I expect much much more than most & Edian truly exceeded my standard of ‘triple redundancy’ when it comes to structural strength, safety & my ‘100 year goal’ for major ‘capital’ level projects. His work is so above and beyond, that several tradespeople have commented on the extraordinary level of workmanship! I have had the pleasure of working with Edian on 2 huge reconstructions of porches. "RC Works did our bathroom renovation. We are happy with the process and the beautiful results! Andrey, Mariano and the team are professional, kind and easy to work with. Andrey is a wonderful listener and communicator. He responded to us promptly, managed the project efficiently and transparently, and kept us updated on the work and timeline. Big praises also to Mariano and Neto, who did the carpentry work, glass shower installation, among other tasks. They went above and beyond to deliver high-quality work, arriving on site with bright smiles and hard-working attitudes. We are also happy with the other team members, who are friendly and competent: tile installer for beautiful tiling, plumbers, electrician, painters and cleaners. Overall, we would highly recommend RC works."

"I wanted a shower expanded. George Mavridis's estimate was very competitive but I hired him because I knew he was honest, quality focused and an open communicator. He has a small crew and excellent subs so he's not super fast. But Mavridis is excellent. One example: The shower needed a new fan, vented through the attic roof. The attic boards were all cut (before my time) in half when insulation was installed. The attic floor was unstable and unsafe. George was very busy but he had his team replace the boards with plywood panels...for 20% less than I expected. Why? Because he wanted to make sure I would be happy when the job was done. I could give 4-5 other examples but you get the point. If you hire George, you'll be pleased."
