"Thank you so much [Member Name Removed]. We really enjoyed working with you and your wife on this project. We appreciate your business and we look forward to continuing a business relationship with you. We wish you and your family all the best. Please feel free to reach out to us anytime."
"Mr. [Member Name Removed]. Transblue Norfolk is going through some internal transition, but we are not "going out of business". The information is inaccurate and baseless rumors that were provided to you from a disgruntled former project manager (not a subcontractor). You have my direct phone number and we have spoken on several occasions, so I am not sure why you did not call me directly to get the facts instead of going by the words of a disgruntled former project manager. My apologies if you feel that I did not contact you in the timeframe which was suitable for you. I was in the process of gathering schedules, preparing project documentation, speaking with my team about the projects, and working on numerous other items to make sure that we have a seamless transition on all projects come Monday morning. I had every intention of contacting you as I have done with all the clients that the previous project manager was working with. None of the other clients are concerned with their projects and they have all expressed their willingness to continue to move forward amicably. As I have expressed to you numerous times since I first contacted you Monday morning, I am 100% committed to completing your project in a manner that is satisfactory to you. The only change here is a change in project managers so I am unsure what the issue is. I will be taking over your project. Your project is 85% completed. It is in your best interest to allow us to continue your project since hiring a new contractor could be costly at this juncture. As I mentioned to you, your project is on our schedule."
"Thank you Sir, It was a pleasure to service your needs. Keep us in mind for future projects."
"Thank you Sir, Looking forward to your next project. Please keep Transblue in mind and tell a friend."
