Starting with great listening to the attention to details that I was most excited about, to Edian’s / Alexis superior preparation & commitment to on time start & completion, Edian’s professionalism yielded 2 huge projects that are an absolute joy to behold. Edian’s extraordinary attention to details is so far beyond my expectations, that he actually improved upon my architect / engineer’s structural design. I will admit that I expect much much more than most & Edian truly exceeded my standard of ‘triple redundancy’ when it comes to structural strength, safety & my ‘100 year goal’ for major ‘capital’ level projects. His work is so above and beyond, that several tradespeople have commented on the extraordinary level of workmanship! I have had the pleasure of working with Edian on 2 huge reconstructions of porches. He & his crew have an exceptional ‘culture!’ They were here everyday, without exception, always cheerful & laser focused on their dedication to getting the job done according to Edian’s strict codes of on time progress. "Pedro and his team were excellent. They were professional and timely, hard-working and meticulous, and trustworthy. Best of all (at least for me), is that Pedro is VERY responsive and his team is assigned to get your job done and done correctly. They show up on time every day, and were willing to work late into the evening to hit the project milestones. Pedro was 100% clear about the costs, and he made sure I fully understood the areas where the costs were not known or where the costs could possibly change. For example, he said, "If you open up this wall, I'm not sure what we are going to find." I told him to proceed and his team opened up that wall and found that the previous contractor had installed literally zero insulation. Pedro met with me, reviewed what his team had found, went over all of our options, gave me his recommendation, and only proceeded when I completely approved the additional work that would be done and the additional cost entailed. Pedro is a true partner and his team does great work. I cannot recommend them enough. My wife and I have already booked them for another job renovating a first floor porch and creating a roof over the open-air second floor porch."

"In 2021, I hired Eric to fix a water leak in my basement. I paid approximately $8000. Three months after the work was done, there was leaking again. He came over and told me that this was a different leak. After I saved up enough money, I was referred to an expert in basement leaks/foundations. He came over and completed the work. When he was doing the work, he proactively asked me who did the work previously. He said he was clearly not done by someone with knowledge of foundations. I have tried to resolve with Eric. At a minimum, I deserve a refund"

"The work was completed — but if you missed something minor yet important, don’t count on getting it done afterward. Once they’ve been paid, they’ll completely ignore you, even if you’re willing to pay."

"I wanted a shower expanded. George Mavridis's estimate was very competitive but I hired him because I knew he was honest, quality focused and an open communicator. He has a small crew and excellent subs so he's not super fast. But Mavridis is excellent. One example: The shower needed a new fan, vented through the attic roof. The attic boards were all cut (before my time) in half when insulation was installed. The attic floor was unstable and unsafe. George was very busy but he had his team replace the boards with plywood panels...for 20% less than I expected. Why? Because he wanted to make sure I would be happy when the job was done. I could give 4-5 other examples but you get the point. If you hire George, you'll be pleased."
