To be fully honest, at first I was a little skeptical, as I am with most contractors, but they came in on time, were very clean, and were punctual about the things I asked for and needed done. The crew was efficient and the work was done correctly. They even helped and built my elderly neighbor a garage bathroom after seeing the work at my house. I definitely will have them back to build my ADU for my in-laws.

I don?t have any real experience with this

Took my vision of a new home and made it a reality. EAP built my home from the ground up and executed flawlessly. Paul Pinheiro, EAP Construction out of Kingston, Ma. is the worst contractor I have ever dealt with in my 40 plus years in the electrical trade. The addition he did for us is not finished after over a year, it has failed inspection on several issues, inside stairway to second floor failed two times and had to be ripped out three times. Single stair to rear deck failed inspection, front stairs to farmers porch are out of level by over a 1/4". This is the third time these steps were done. We have had to have another contractor to come in and repair his work. We had to let Paul go because he was not showing up to finish his contracted work. I now found out he framed the loft in the mud room and the floor rafters to the second floor room above garage with the wrong joist. He DID NOT follow the stamped drawings and just DID WHAT HE WANTED TO DO. His workers are horrible. We gave him an advancement on payment and he took our money and ran. Do not hire him. Ignores all calls &texts.

Started April 2024 started first floor framing July 2025 worked for 2 days and left with big hole in the attic and leaking basement when it rains cause the gutter was taken off. Lies constantly and swears on his kids that he will be there but never shows up or calls back for a few weeks at a time His poor kids. Grabs your first payment to pay for other jobs. Left a pile of trash in the driveway that’s been there for 3 months now. The wood is all warped and full of mold.l now on said framing job See pics below. Don not trust this contractor. He is now going to deal with our lawyer

Paul got the job done fast and right, and really went the extra mile to get our house back in one piece.

I would never allow this dangerous man in my home after his behavior in front of my 73 y/o mother. He put a fraudulent lien on my property stating I paid zero dollars when I paid more than half of all monies owed. He did not complete the project and his work is awful. The only resolution I want is for him to remove the fraudulent lien from my property and never be able to do this to another customer. He has recent bad reviews on buildzoom as well. ADDED AFTER TALKING TO HOMEOWNER SHE IS SEEKING DAMAGES Refund of $21,400 Total of all the damages below: Black windows in living/dining area 7@ 800.00 $5600.00 16 window are missing screens 100.00 per screen $1600.00 Slider $1000.00 Window on ceiling $700.00 Floors $10,000.00 Countertops $2500.00 ​​​​​​​

They were very professional and understanding when we discovered new issues that required changes in the plan. Communicative throughout the whole project and made the overall process smooth and worry free!

It went well. They came the day after I signed the quote and my toilet No longer shimmy's.

Totally pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of all the work performed including but not limited to tile work, sheetrock, lighting and complete remodeling in general of various rooms in my home by Paul and Colin.

EAP took forever kept putting me on the back burner as far as scheduling and once they started the job it was done a little today and a little tomorrow and the shed is still not done they left construction debris behind and I’ve been calling but Paul keeps making excuses why the project isn’t finished and debris still in my yard

Excellent very happy with the work

Great communication and very straightforward and easy to work with and understood what i needed and got me the best results and also met my timeframe with no issues i will def recommend and will have more projects throughout for them when time permits
