"We are thrilled with the service, efficiency and professionalism of the staff at Jack L. Woods Plumbing Company! We had an issue with a faucet leaking and it was affecting our ability to have hot water. We called a plumbing company we have used for several years and were told they couldn't get to us for nearly two weeks! We decided to check Angi's list last night and we chose Jack L. Woods Plumbing Company. My husband, Greg, phoned them this morning and even though they said they were quite busy, they would work to fit us in tomorrow morning. But then my husband received a call and was told the plumber, Bill H. was on his way to our home. Bill fixed the issue within a short period of time and the leak stopped. "My water main cracked at the point where it entered the basement foundation due to the house settling. Luckily the leak was outside the wall and my sump pump kept pace with preventing it from doing damage inside. Eco came promptly, gave me a couple of options. I got quotes from a couple of others, all in the same ballpark. I went with Eco due to their guarantees and my confidence that they could back it up should it be needed. Once I decided to go with them they were able to schedule me promptly and got the job done, putting in a new copper line from the water meter inside my basement out to the city turn-off valve at the sidewalk. They only had to trench about 8' by the sidewalk and were able to pull the line through without disturbing any of my landscaping."

"Jason the person that provided the quote over the phone was so very helpful and customer service was way beyond my expectations. Matt and Jeff who did the actual installation were very wonderful to provide information I asked for. Extremely professional. I was very impressed that my appt was scheduled between 11 -2 timeframe. They arrived by 10:15 and the installation was completed by 11:30. That included taking out the old water heater and installing the new one. These guys were fabulous and very professional. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing this type of service. I will definitely know who to contact for plumbing services in the future."

"This company was very responsive and professional. I called needing an emergency installation of an electrical line and box for a gas cooktop so that the cooktop could be connected. This was on a Tuesday evening and the line and box were installed the next morning. Matt Wehrie called to confirm the time of arrival that morning which was met. The charges for this service were quite reasonable. The installers were pleasant and professional. I would use this company any time that I have need of an electrician.
