I can't thank Wilson Remy enough for the incredible job he did during a really tough time for me. After my entire basement flooded, I was devastated and thought I'd never be able to recover. I had a water emergency in my kitchen & I called 1-800 Water Damage. They responded quickly to my call and had a team on-site asap! Upon arrival, the crew was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient assessing the situation and engaged with the matter. What could have been a much bigger problem was handled smoothly thanks to their expertise and prompt action. I really appreciate their clear and concise communication throughout the process and how respectful they were at my home, especially with two German Shepherds roaming the house. It’s not every day you find a company that combines speed, skill, and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage; they truly live up to their name!
