With the increasing cost of R22 Freon we knew the time was near and a spring replacement was planned. That was before the blower motor in the furnace started to make a terrible noise and quickly failed, moving up our timeline. We had already done our research and decided on a Trane system. Based on overwhelming positive reviews and a co-worker referral, we decided to call Westin Air for an evaluation and quote. Our experience with Cathy, Westin's sales rep, was very pleasant - a full assessment of our needs and review of our options and no hard sell. The system suggested was the Trane S9V2 furnace with the XL18i air conditioner. Since our A/C was not working, installation was scheduled within a few days. The installation crew was incredible. They put tarps down on the hardwood floor and went above and beyond when it came to being careful. They cleaned up inside and out to the point you would never have known they were at the house. Our experience with Westin Air mirrored all of the positive reviews we read online. The office staff, salesperson and install team were all enjoyable to work with. There was a sense of honesty and integrity in everyone we encountered. There would be no hesitation to recommend Westin Air."

"My furnace would not blow out warm air. The blower would not come on at all. So, I contacted Atlas Butler Heating & Cooling. A technician was sent out to identify and correct the problem. After the technician ran tests to determine the proficiency of the furnace he came to the conclusion that I needed a new furnace; because the heating assembly and blower motor were inoperable, he said. The technician quoted the cost of the heating assembly to be $4,856 and to replace the Blower motor it would cost $1,506. The technician asked me how old was my furnace. I told him my furnace was installed in the year 2000. He then told me that over time, like anything else, things wear out. Not being satisfied with the technicianâ s conclusion I contacted the company SuperTec heating & Cooling for a second opinion. Mr. Cham Kahari came out and looked at my furnace and correctly identified the problem. Mr. Kahari explained to me that I did not need a new furnace. He said replacing the control board will fix the problem. Mr. Kahari replaced the control board and in doing so the furnace was returned its normal operations. I truly appreciate Mr. Kahari coming up with a proper diagnosis. I am grateful to have a normal operating furnace, again. I would gladly recommend Super Tech to anyone who needs a solution for any furnace problems."

"Very satisfied with the price, product, & service. I did my research and got ~5 estimates; Care was ~$1k less than others. Gave them all of my business - furnace, AC, & hot water tank and, honestly, have only good things to say. Tye came out to do the estimate and was prompt, knowledgeable, professional, & respectful. He was detail oriented and spent 30min measuring & inspecting the unit & ductwork. He was also very responsive to calls/texts throughout the process. Tye is a great guy to have as the face of the co. out in the field. Side note: I found it funny how every co. that came out for an estimate asked who I've gotten quotes from and they all threw an insult/jab at why I shouldn't go with a competitor; not Tye though, all business. Install day the crew showed up & rang the doorbell at 8:30am on the dot, as communicated. The crew (Kirk, Ed, Dakota) worked hard all day and installed the furnace, AC, & hot water tank, cleaned up and were done by 5pm. They also fixed up the ducts & put in vents to bring everything up to code. Care (Brittany) called after 6 months to setup the semi-anual tuneup (included free with Care Plan as part of install). Andy called to say he'd arrive between 11:35am-noon and arrived at 11:34am. He spent 30min inspecting & tuned up the furnace. In summary: all around very happy with the price, product & service. Definitely recommend to friends & family."

"They removed and replaced furnace and air conditioner and some duct work the job was completed and finished in a timely manner and they cleaned up everything that was inside the house and basement. The cost was great and they helped me with the financing. I am 100% satisfied and have recommended them to my friends. "John (AMS Commercial Services owner/operator) got in touch with me quickly, set a time to come out the next day (not an emergency), and told me what his competitive charge rate is, and he arrived the next day on time. John is competent, fast, friendly, and courteous, and most importantly he's honest; he didn't try to sell me a new furnace or any other services I didn't need. He installed the new motor, checked, cleaned, and fine-tuned my furnace, as well as answering several questions I had regarding a couple of other related issues. If your furnace or AC is on the fritz, don't hesitate to give John a call."

"Our furnace stopped working on a Saturday. I called JMSM when two of the big names in Columbus couldn't help. He came on time, could access the part when the big names said I would have to wait until Monday, fixed it and was even cheaper. I can't give a high enough recommendation for John. We were looking at waiting 48 hours for a furnace repair, in January, when the high was in the 20s, with kids and a baby, and instead it only took a few hours. I will call John at JMSM first next time!"

The installation team showed up promptly and worked diligently throughout the day (they arrived around 8:40am and finished up about 4:50pm). The furnace (a Trane XV80) is louder than expected (louder than the 31 y.o. furnace it replaced), and I'm not sure about all the gaps in the ductwork they had to adjust to fit the new furnace in (see pictures)"
