"Hello George, we are so sorry that you felt we were late to your home. Upon review your information we had to on the schedule for the time slot of arrival between 4:00PM-6:00PM like you requested. When I pulled the software our Service Experts use in the field I see a text message was sent from his tablet to your cell phone at 3:46PM letting you know he was on his way to your home. According to the vehicle GPS our truck parked in your driveway at 4:21PM and he started the job on his tablet according to the software at 4:22PM. At 4:46PM he started inputing information from his diagnostics into the software and at 5:16 he presented his findings"

As far as the cover being left off and had to be relit I have no idea, the pictures the service expert took and the notes have me at a loss. As far as the pricing goes we do have two prices one is our "Standard Price" and the other is our "Member Price" All of our Total Home Care Club Members receive multiple discounts, free services, and specials, such as: Free Service Call Fee Monday - Friday 7AM to 7PM, A Free AC Inspection, Free Furnace Inspection, Free Plumbing Inspection w/a Water Heater Flush, 15% Off Any Repair, 10% Off Indoor Air Quality Items & Water Filtrations Items, They Also Receive 5% off any Equipment (AC, Furnace, Water Heater, Sump Pump) and so much more. We give our Loyal Members extra's as a way to say thank you for being our client and allowing us the continued opportunity to serve you . So there is nothing that is marked up, just discounted and reduced for our Members. "Hello Melissa, there is a lot of information you are leaving out. When we first came out instead of jumping straight to replacing the burner assembly we usually try to do a deep clean first since 9 out of 10 times that will resolve the issue you were advised if this cleaning doesn't work and it goes back out the burner assembly would need replaced. The reason you were without hot water for that period of time had ZERO to do with our service and had everything to with your water heater manufacture who's product is no longer sold in the city of Columbus anymore and who initially DENIED the warranty for the part, but the Service Experts fought for you and was able to get the part shipped in and we even paid to get the part expedited. When the part came in and you found out that you had to pay for shipping and labor to install the part you went off and started cursing & threatening our Service Expert and our Office Staff because you felt the part, labor, & shipping should be free. Upon your continued threats and profanity we then determined it was in the best interest of everyone to not do business together. However, we still allowed you to find and plumber and we met the plumber and gave him the part so you could still get the service taken care of which we never received any money for the shipping nor the hours our service expert spent on the phone multiple days fighting to get you this part."
