"Jim took the money for the fence installment up front and completely left us hanging. Continued to call and text for updates on the fencing progress and there was absolutely no response. It?s like he took the money and ran. First off, you should never be paying a contractor up front for the labor costs when nothing has happened. That is a conversation for after the work is completed. He brought the fencing and left it right in the middle of the driveway, blocking the cars from getting out, and never showed back up to do any work. He was paid for a job he never even started and completely fell off the face of the planet. How rude to be taking advantage paying customers, taking there money, and leaving without a trace before the real work even started. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY WHATSOEVER!!!! TERRIBLE WORKMANSHIP!!!!"

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "This company did a great job for us. They removed old city sidewalks and replaced them with new, plus added a sloped section to our back yard walk leading to our garage. They showed up on time, completed their work in the amount of time expected +/- 4 hours. Pricing was very competitive based on 3 bids we received prior to starting the project. Patrick and his sons Marion and Benjamin were very professional, and took care not to damage our yard any more than absolutely necessary. During the work prep several sprinkler lines were damaged and they immediately repaired them even though their written contract excluded that requirement. They are honest and courteous and we are very glad we hired this local family owned business. They are the "real deal"."
