I had to fly to Niagara Falls so I had a tight schedule. Loews  worked with me so  I could buy the door and have them install it. They were great and did exactly what they promised.

I'm the President of our Condo Association and I put those doors on the outside of a building. There were four of them. I did have a problem. It was the salesman who sold me the doors who was a know-it-all and he wouldn't let me describe exactly what I wanted and I wanted to show him a picture. He ordered the wrong things. After the doors were installed, I had to order again to finish the project. I had to pay for something I didn't really want. I ended up calling a supervisor. They still gave me a hard time and I had to make a deal with the installer to go actually outside of Lowes to finish the project. I didn't like his work. I wasn't real satisfied. But it all started with the salesman, not the installer. Because I was a woman, he started getting very annoyed and he said, "I know that building and I know what I'm talking about." The price was good. The doors were good and the workmanship not so good. I would use them again but not for the doors.

Had, the product in stock. Best price. No hassle on the few items I had to return.

The installers were very polite and very conscious of not disturbing or getting anything in the house dirty. The installation went quickly and we have lived with the result for a couple of winters and can say that the performance of the windows has been excellent. No complaints here! We have had them install a door and three sets of bifold  closet doors. The same comments apply to them as well.

Very good. Crew was professional, friendly, efficient. cleaned up after, etc. Did forget to replace some hardware around railing and needed to return to fix one small area but did so quickly and without a problem.

we went to Lowes- picked out the door, then the contracter came and measured, gave recomendations- we have a house from 1920 so to replace the door we need an extension for the door jam- spray insulaion and house wrap. He was very knowledgeable. no issues

I was very pleased with them. I would rate them very good. Customer service is quite good. Employees are quite knowledgeable. I would continue to use them all the time.

Overall I had a good experience and would use this service for other carpet replacements in the future. I was contacted before and after by both the carpet installer for Lowe's and also the Lowe's store itself to both schedule appointments and verify job completion and satisfaction. I chose my carpet at the store, paid a deposit and then scheduled a site measure with the contractor. After paying the job in full at the store the job was scheduled, and the install went seamlessly with the contractor laying extra material aside for potential future use. I had one minor issue with some carpet needing to be tacked down additionally on one of the stairs that was subsequently addressed to my satisfaction.

They were very good, prompt, profession, and clean. I'm happy with the quality of the doors.

The sub-contractor kept post poning the work. When I spoke with lowes they said the contractor was telling them that it was me post poning the work. They finally found me someone else to do the work but ultimately I was not happy with the store installation manager because he was blaming me for holding up the job.

We did not pay for it since we bought the TV from them.

They were not very professional. They did not stand by their coupon that I had.

Overall, the work turned out good. I had one window installed. The installers were on time. They were pretty efficient. They really did a good job. They cleaned up well. I would use them again in the future.

They were really fair and extremely helpful. They came in, measured, gave us an estimate and it was within reason. Every time we've had Lowe's do something it's come out great. They always use private contractor's but then they always follow up to make sure everything was to your specification and everything was okay. I appreciate that. They knew exactly what they were doing and replaced everything and then left. I think they did it in a day and a half. They were very organized about it and good about cleaning up.

Contractor called 45 minutes after appointment to tell me that he was running late, as if I hadn't figured that out; he arrived another 45 minutes later. Disappointing professionalism, but not the end of the world. Many contractors would not even bother calling (sad to say). Overall, installation went smoothly - I'd estimate 80% of it. However, while the senior contractor installed the storm door outside, a junior "assistant" was left to install the main entry door, doorknob, latch and deadbolt inside. The contractor never checked his work and 30 seconds after they pulled out of my driveway, I realized that the door could not close no matter how much force was applied to it. Moreover, the strike plates for both the deadbolt and the latch were so misaligned that even if the door could close, it would not latch or lock. It took me 2 hours to undo, and then redo their work properly. Even though I am well acquainted with home remodeling, I have a very busy work schedule and so I thought that Lowes Installation Service would help save me time - I was dead wrong. Never again will I use Lowes for any installation service. If there is an installation service I need performed that I cannot perform myself, I will interview contractors directly and will not trust a big box retailer to care about quality.

They were very attentive; they called us several times to make sure everything was going well and they also called afterward to make sure that we were satisfied with the installation.

A few weeks after the doors were installed, I noticed a gap under the storm door on the side opposite the hinges. It appeared to me that the rubber sweep was rippped. Unfortunately, I did not follow up immediately with Lowes. When I did contact them, their "customer service" representative basically accused me of trying to cheat the company by asking for warranty repair on damage that was "probably my own fault". After some heated discussion during which I told him I was going to small claims court, he agreed to send the installer back to examine the damage. The installer said that the sweep was not ripped but had simply not been properly installed and had pulled back from the edge of the door. After claiming to repair the problem they left. Within a couple of weeks the same problem recurred. Rather than receiving more abusive reaction from Lowes "service" and their "expert" installer, I repaired the sweep myself.
