I had called several other people from the phonebook and this was couple of years ago, and some of them didn't call me back. Another company didn't want to come and give an estimate because I'm on a well. They said, "You can't do sprinkler system on a well" and even thought my neighbor is on the same well and has a sprinkler system they wouldn't come out. When I called Ross, they were very prompt and I got a referral actually from another person for Ross. They were very prompt and very professional. They gave me a good estimate. He hooked me up to the well and then they worked last summer because of the problems with the well. They worked all last summer to solve it. He took a good part of the summer, but they were out here two or three times a week and they got it right. I was really pleased that they worked through them. I am happy because now my lawn looks great. It looks a whole lot better than it did because of the weed. Their price was good. There couple of heads that had to be paid out and they honored their 1 year warrant. They gave the sprinkler heads. I would refer them definitely. The cost for me was hooking it up to the well. That was an extra cost that most people don't have and they totally explain that and I was willing to go with it because overall I will save money by being on the well.

I have had issues for years with a sprinkling system. Jason had been out numerous times to replace valves and do repairs. He did a good job with these items. He suggested rather than continue to spend $200-$300 per year for repairs, just replace the whole system. I had him do the work. His crew was held up by a window contractor on one side of the house. He had one young man working on the project. One half of the yard took 2 weeks. There was a pile of dirt in the yard that killed some of the grass, they didn't configure all of the zones the way I requested, the trenches were not tamped down. In fact, they hauled off dirt after I requested they leave it to fill in the trenches. They told me they would stop by several times to adjust the heads and rework the trenches. They never showed. They never adjusted the heads at the completion of the job. I adjusted the heads. I did get them to return one time to move 2 heads that were placed wrong. In my conversations with Justi\n, he was defensive and would not listen to my concerns. I would not use Ross Construction for any project again.

Showed up early, reviewed the sprinkler system with me, and provided helpful tips for future use. Also showed me how to blow out and winterize the system myself. Even though I know how to complete the job, I will still use Ross Construction this fall.
