The crew showed up exactly when they said they would. All of the guys on the crew were courteous and hard working. The entire fence was built in 2 days. They cleaned up after themselves and were very quick to ask us questions about how we wanted something done. All in all, it was a great experience and we would definitely use them again.

Except for when the contractor was ready to install the fence and it was time to get me the invoice, I never heard from the owner. He never called to see when a good time would be to install the fence. When he did install the fence, I was not even aware he was coming. The estimate he gave came a little over, but was not a big deal. He did not pay attention how we wanted the fence, as there is a section that was not installed. I have e-mailed him to find out when he would be back out to install the missing section and I have yet to hear from him. My guess is I will have to find someone else to install the missing section. Based on the lack of communication from Nick, the owner, I doubt I would recommend him to anyone.

I apologize for the incident and circumstances for the work load this time of year that has held us from properly satisfying you and your project. I never got a chance to meet with you on the estimate (as it was set up as a non meet) or during work and that's where the miscommunication came from and we missed out on the section we were unaware off. I will not charge you for this additional work that was neither estimated or billed for, but just to make it right between me and you. If to much time has gone by, I understand and do apologize for our short comings. I do value Cheyenne and work hard for my business and its reputation in our community and know word of mouth is where most of our business comes from and any negativity has more strength than positive. Estimator did not listen to instruction. Cost me $500 to remediate. Most fence posts are not plumb. Product is cheap and too easily moveable. Left one post with holes in it.

They removed the old fence and decking in two days as the other half of the creaw started installing the fence. It took 3 days to do the job overall and it was done very professional and as estimated.

They were prompt and professional from the time I called for an estimate through the job completion. The bill came in higher than the estimate, but I did not call to question because based on past experiences with other companies the work was worth the charge. However, when I use them again (which I will) I will confirm the estimate before work starts.

Furnished estimate - arrived a little early but called to ask if it was acceptable. Provided highly competitive (and accurate) estimate when others would not even entertain one since job was "too small". Borderline Fencing fit us in early (7-10 days) instead of having us wait 4-6 weeks. Other two companies I called would also have taken 4-6 weeks or longer if the job were bigger and worth their while. Workers were friendly and efficient and cleaned up afterwards, even removing an old gate they took down (which was not part of the estimate). Quality fencing looks great and completes the yard while providing privacy and security - and a wind block. It was well worth the money!

The crew came about 2 PM, removed the concrete, installed the post, poured new concrete, re-assembled everything, and installed some new fence hardware around the property. Timely and well done. Would not hesitate to call them again.
