"They were late first day. General boss was here he never came in or was telling us what was going on when the guys arrived. Guys showed up really had no clue except for a sheet a paper with little information. They area the guys were going to work on would create huge dust I warned then earlier it would be overwhelming worse than drywall. The equipment did not even have a bag to filter fine dust so it just sprayed everywhere. Im not talking light really heavy dust everywhere. Chad refused to supply dumpster even though was on his bid paper when confronted about it he backed out of the contract. House in complete mess an everything just backed out an quit."

They painted all the baseboards, door facings, some walls, bedroom closets, and also repaired drywall and cracks in the walls. They covered all my furniture and cleaned up after they completed the work! They knew I had a timeline and worked hard to finish early! Such a nice and respectable crew. "We STRONGLY suggest that people consider other companies for a bath remodel. Our 3-MONTH experience was very stressful. The medicine cabinet was installed too low and we were treated like we were trying to rip them off when we asked for it to be fixed. The shower leaked badly and the tub leaked severely. When the tub was repaired it was placed against the wall and there is noise when getting in and out of the tub. Rylynn refuses to deal with it. The Rylynn rep does not use the word ?sorry.?"

"Through Angi, I requested a quote to change the carpets on my 3rd level to hardwood floors. Kelvin responded quickly and gave me an estimate to change all of the hardwood from carpet and added some work to the kitchen floor. The day of the project he said I would need to pay more money to change all the floors to hardwood on the 3rd level and charged me $500 for the work even though it was already included in the work scope. He left the floors behind the stove and refrigerator in the kitchen a complete mess and didn’t inform me that holes were left in the floor. The floor looked ten times before the work that was done leaving me wondering about the qualifications of his staff because what professional would do that and purposely hid bad work behind the appliances."
