They were late first day. General boss was here he never came in or was telling us what was going on when the guys arrived. Guys showed up really had no clue except for a sheet a paper with little information. They area the guys were going to work on would create huge dust I warned then earlier it would be overwhelming worse than drywall. The equipment did not even have a bag to filter fine dust so it just sprayed everywhere. Im not talking light really heavy dust everywhere. Chad refused to supply dumpster even though was on his bid paper when confronted about it he backed out of the contract. House in complete mess an everything just backed out an quit.

It was wonderful to work with them and they were super responsive. They did a great job. We hired them multiple times because we're happy with the service. They had an affordable price. They were really trustworthy.

Crown Development did an amazing job with my basement renovations - they removed an existing wet bar, and reinstalled a new wet bar, cabinets, countertops, hardwood flooring, etc. I hired several contractors before coming in contact with this company, and none of them have compared to Crown Development. The quality, customer service, timeliness, and prices are unmatched.

Started off well. Work seemed to go slower than I expected.  As time went over 20 days to complete date (which I  was ok with), contractor started asking for money when job wasn't done. Most of job was complete when he left but not all of it. Had to pay someone to come finish the job. Feel like workers he used were not as competent as they should have been. Contractor was not on the job much, therefore they didn't have supervision. We have had to fix alot of things after he left. Some of the work is poorly done. The tub, sink, shower all leaked . They didn't clean up  well. Bathroom light was hanging on the wall because the box wasn't mounted correctly and the whole was cut too big. I wont go on but could,  will say never ever use this contractor.
