Home Depot  sold me a defective product which would have caused further water damage.  Their crew showed up on time, removed the old shower.  Installed the 3-piece unit, hooked up the plumbing, They pointed out two problems:  1. the shower head was mounted too low; and 2. the drain was not aligned properly.  I am satisfied this was remediated.
