The windows are great and I was very happy with them, but I discovered last year that the siding was leaking into my kitchen and much of the wood had rotted. Jonathan at Home Fix stepped in and helped me to resolve this problem. The company sent a team of two men to build an entire new bump out. They did a great job and there was no cost to me. "We called three different contractors and Kevin was the only one that responded. Kevin stopped to take provide an initial estimate and said that he was currently involved in another project and didn't want to take away from that project which we appreciated. They ensured all the necessary paperwork was submitted for the building permit and set up the times for the county inspectors to come out. They promised to complete it in a week depending on weather. Due to rain, they were slightly delayed but worked extra on the days the rain passed and completed the work in about 5 days. Very well built and sturdy construction. Would definitely recommend.
