My assumption is the job was just too small for them to be bothered. After signing up on Angi i got a call within 5 minutes from Matt. I explained the issue and we made the appoint for the next day at 4. I still had doubts since all others had bailed, however Matt called 15 minutes before the appt and confirmed he was on his way.
