Hired the gentleman to inspect the foundation of the house. Price was reasonable, and my concerns were addressed. Later I received a PDF file via email explaining the costs and any suggestions. Would recommend.

Thorough job and easy to schedule an inspection outside of working hours

I honestly could not more highly recommend Bob. We hired him for our 1st home inspection and he found it had structural damage; which completely saved me from buying a home I would never get my money out of. After the 1st house, I started hiring Bob to do visual inspections. He would preview the home with us and let us know if he saw any red flags that should prevent us from making an offer. Bob was amazing. I would text him through the Angi app as late as 10PM at night and he would respond within 10 mins. There were also times homes would come on the market and with less than 12 hrs notice, Bob would fit me into his schedule for the next day. Finding a home inspector you trust can be one of the more difficult aspects of buying a home and I really felt like Bob was looking out for me. The inspection report was thorough and included pictures — in the event I wasn’t paying attention or forgot what he said, I had a visual reference.

Mr. Harris came out on short notice and performed a very thorough home inspection on a new build at the pre-drywall stage. He arrived on time and took thorough notes and photos and emailed the report shortly thereafter. He answered all our questions and spoke to the builder foreman about key concerns. Highly recommend his expertise and work. Price was very affordable and well worth the expense. We plan to engage him again in our inspection at closing.
