Cody and Isiah did an amazing job installing my smart toilet. They kept the mess to a minimal. I was able to work without interruption because they worked quietly. Overall, they were very professional, kind, and caring about the work they delivered. The gave me an early time window to show up and arrived early in that window. They had all the right equipment and supplies with them and set about the job quickly, finishing it just as I was finishing my lunch. When it turned out that the bathroom faucet needed replacing, they had a Moen replacement with them. Price seemed a bit on the steep side, but what price doesn't these days?

Barr plumbing repaired our problem professionally and in a timely matter. They are a family run company that cares about their customers and it shows! We would highly recommend them!

Barr Plumbing is very professional and got the job done. Definitely a company that you can be comfortable with having come into your home and doing quality work.

The plumber, owner, Barry, came (after a reschedule and two weeks of waiting when we could have went with someone else). An elderly family friend attended the repair (this was on a rental property), half-way through the owner and employee he had with him stormed out: yelling through the common areas of our building, yelling religious slurs and verbally assaulting us— stated we should pray that we can find someone to complete the job. The employee (young guy) he had with him was terrified. This all came from us requesting that he attempt to finish his work same day, after he stated he had other jobs he needed to go to and would like to reschedule for a third time since he needed to go pick up a part that he didn’t have on hand. After reviewing security camera footage of common areas, my jaw remains floored at the behavior and words shared by Barry. One minute he was friendly, and the next minute he snapped into this: very appalling, odd, and scary.

If I could rate above an A, I would. Barr Plumbing kept me informed of everything that was taking place for the well-pump assessment and replacement. They were very knowledgable and very courteous. If you are looking for experts in well-pumps, this is the company to hire.

Barr plumbing had someone come out to assess the problem on the same day - and were also able to fix the issue at the same time. Due to the speedy response to the well pump issue I asked them if they could schedule a visit to assess the leaking hot water tank ( I had another plumber scheduled but best appointment time was two weeks hence). They were able to schedule another visit very quickly and replace the problem tank.

The work done was excellent, and the crew that arrived were very nice and professional. I had a few ideas of how to approach the installation since it's a small space and they were able to make it work. They were very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had.

When the well pump was removed from the well, the plastic connection was broken. Barr plumbing replaced the connection and the well was pumping water again. Only fixed what was broken and no more.

It turned out great. Very professional. It was a little expensive. They came in prepared, took everything out, and everything was left immaculate as if they weren't even here. Sometimes you have to pay for good customer service, so I don't mind that. They seemed genuine up front. I basically told them what I thought the issue was with water on the floor by the tank, so they asked a few questions on the size of the tank and diagnosed what was going on and gave me everything up front. It was much better than the others who just wanted to come out here. It is always good to have an idea of what's going on and what it may cost before you high tail it out here. I like to know up front and they were very good at that. I appreciated that. I knew what was happening going in the door.

Their honesty and their punctuality and their dedication because their dedicated and devoted to making sure they fix the problem, they could have rip us off big time because we got an estimate  somebody wanted to charge us three or four thousand dollars to fix that commode supposedly to do a like a pump and all kind of stuff in it, they came in and unclogged it, they worked for couple of hours on it but they did it like immediately, they came right out, at first they said they couldn't fix it right away and we had called somebody else and they couldn't get to it and Barr said that they would come out and look at it they weren't gonna promise that if they could do it real quick they would and they came out and they got it done cause we had company coming in on that weekend, in fact it was the fourth of July.

Excellent! Barr Plumbing did a great job repairing our broken pipe. They were very responsive over the weekend and communicated numerous times to me in order to set up the Monday appointment in order to repair my water line. They did a great job describing what needed to be repaired to my wife and made the repairs in no time at all! They were very polite and professional and we highly recommend them. Their office called an hour before my appointment to confirm and let me know that Barry would be out within the hour. VERY welcome since I was taking the time off from work to meet him. Barry was punctual, friendly, professional and knowledgable. He explained everything as he went along, including the lifetime warranty of our Moen faucet (wasn't aware of that!). He even took a quick look at my tub drain stopper and suggested some options for replacements. I will definitely be calling them again! It's nice to know there is an established and reasonably priced plumbing service in the area. And we always love to support local businesses!! Thanks Barr Plumbing!

Called and they dispatched a plumber later in the day. The leak was seeping in my basement ceiling. He corrected it and was gone within 20 minutes.
