"Owner was very helpful and informative. They are a new company and they had to rent the equipment needed. They could not clear the drain. The owner apologized and said there would be no charge. I do not want to discourage people from using them because they are a new company and my situation was more difficult. The owner responded to my phone call quickly and was very courteous."
