The finished product seems to be in great working order, the two guys were very nice and professional in their demeanor, but they left the house at least three times (and even had to reschedule for another day) because they didn’t have the correct parts. My husband and I ended up paying around $1,000.

These guys rock. Courteous, Had to repair pipes. They were in and out in no time. Trust these guys.

Another company came and said the pump would have to be replaced at the cost of $3,500-$5,500 dollars. This company took the pump apart and cleaned it and t worked fine! Saved $5,000.

Showed up on time and made needed repairs on shower plumbing.

Jake came out within 30 minutes on a cold Saturday and had us back up and running in 20 minutes. He diagnosed the problem quickly and even had the part on his truck. We couldn't be more pleased.

They came the same day within two hours.

Our basement was recently flooded by a water main break. EJ Thompson and Son provided us with amazing service. They were able to get our AC running; my dog is 13 years old and she is much more comfortable now. I am immensely grateful for their assistance on a 90 degree day. They will be performing our furnace replacement based upon the level of professionalism and service provided today.

The technician called when he was on the way and arrived precisely on time.  I showed him the things that needed to be done, and he immediately started on them.  One task was harder than I anticipated (glad I didn't attempt it on my own); but he worked steadily, had everything he needed on hand, did everything I asked, and finished in a very reasonable amount of time.  They promptly sent me a bill, and I thought the cost was reasonable.
