Work was fantastic. The guys did a beautiful job on the concrete pad for a carport for my RV. They were all very friendly and gave me some good advice on a few jobs I am going to do myself.

Awesome work crew. Came when they said they would and worked hard. They also gave us options and suggestions as they remodeled our bathroom. The end project turned out to be so much more than I expected! We will be seeing them at our house again for other projects we have planned. Darrel, is the guy that cleaned mine and my husband's gutters, installed the french drains, and put my back yard back togther. Darrel also, fixed my front yard, from when A-Z Plumbing destroyed it, and also installed a new gas line and installed a new water line, from A-Z Plumbing destroyed that to. Darrel is amazing! and has a great work ethic, and a great sense of humor. Jason also has a great sense of humor and makes sure, you wont be left in a bind, when it comes to stuff fhat beeds yo be fixed with your home. I highly recommend this company! They rock! Definatly hire them!

Built a new screened in deck. Jason was very responsive, showed up when he said he would, and gave great advice and suggestions related to what I wanted. The crew was skilled and did quality work. They were very professional. Tore down deck and put screened porch in six days. Applied decorative brick to foundation also. Put on screen door on front and mailbox we were physically unable to do. Cleaned up everything.

I contacted Advanced Construction Concepts to get an estimate for removing an old deck and pouring a concrete pad in its place. I also needed a French Drain put in the yard and a deck roof repaired. Price was a little high but fair for the end result. Weather delayed getting the project started but after a couple hiccups which were immediately corrected the project was completed. Jason Vance kept me updated throughout the project. His crew are the hardest working men I’ve seen. I would recommend this company and will use them in the future if I have any new projects I need done. Thanks Jason and crew!

Iâ m extremely happy with the job that was done. Jason Vance and his crew completed a demolition and complete 2 tier deck rebuild in 5 days. The work that was done was outstanding, and it was at a reasonable price. Jason showed up the very next day I was searching online for the right contractor to rebuild our decks. He helped us figure out exactly what design worked best for us and gave us multiple good options. The project stayed on the exact timeline that Jason gave me. 2 large deck rebuilds took only 7.5 days. All workers were very meticulous on every aspect of the project. They worked 11 hour days for the most part. I feel like the speed and quality of the work was worth every penny. I would recommend this company for any deck project⠦⠦big or small.

Prompt responses and communication. Project was completed in one day for the siding. They worked late until dark to make it happen too! Scheduling another home repair project with them now. Very happy with the communication, work, and timeliness. Will be recommending them to friends and family.

Unfortunately I can not recommend this company. I had a similar experience as did the customer who posted a review in September 2023. The crews were so hardworking but the contractor was irresponsible. He did not create detailed estimates, nor did he take accurate notes and measurements. Unfortunately, he also made inappropriate sexual comments. Jason did not pull a building permit for my job. When I asked why it was not posted, he continually lied saying he had forgotten to bring it to the site and then said he needed to print it out. Finally, I said work could not proceed until the permit was posted. When he did apply he found out the addition extended into the city setbacks. He lied to the city saying we were working on an existing footprint and asked me to agree to the coverup which I would not do. We had to wait 3months for the variance approval after which he still did not obtain a permit until pressed to do so. That is not professional behavior.

". As with most situations there are two sides. First of all, as shown above this project started out as a porch. After the foundation and framing were completed the customer decided to make it a room addition. This change required a special variance from the city. This was applied for and granted. This process did cause a delay, however, work commenced quickly once the project was approved. Secondly, there were frequent changes to the project by the customer along the way. From window quantity to size and location, ceiling material and design, and flooring choices. As with most projects concessions were made by both parties along the way."

ACC recently replaced a very large deck for me. Jason was very reliable, showing up for the estimate, work and follow up when promised. His work crew was exceptional. I needed a 24x50 foot concrete slab poured for a garage floor I wanted to come up 2 feet in elevation also after calling around I was told by many other companies said that it could not be done the way I needed it done or if they said it could be done the price was completely insanely highâ ¦. Not only did they say they could definitely do the job there price was very reasonable and the workmanship was nothing but amazing they truly made the hole experience of having something like this done painless in every way possible

They are truly the best. They do totally awesome work and the most caring and nicest contractors I have ever met. They put a new roof on my home and it is honestly beautiful. They are doing a lot of work at my home and so far I am happier than I thought I could be with the work. I will always have these guys do any jobs I need. Jason is truly THE BEST. You do have to wait a bit but I am telling you it is so worth it. They are fixing what a bad so called contractor came in and messed up and they are really making it shine. You need work done I am telling you call Jason and I promise you you wont be sorry. I highly recommend them. They are very very nice and truly know what they are doing. Love love love them.
