Badly Enclose porch area. substituted soffeting for aluminum siding. Did not enclose corner properly allowing water to come in on wiring which was not done correctly. Built deck but did not replace old timber supporting previous deck. Have had to replace deck since then due to rotten support boards.

Everything was done to my satisfaction . Great job.

Coiner Builders has done much work at our home.  Foundation repair, drain lines, roof repair, new garage floor.  He can do it all.  And his employees are very courteous and clean up after their work.  Mr Coiner is very honest and professional.  I would use his services again and would recommend him.

Tom Coiner responded very quickly to our call and gave us an estimate within 24 hours. They then started and completely built our garage with spare room upstairs  within 30 days of starting. The only complaint I have is that they didn't remove all rubbish from property after they tore off the small deck that was previously used to enter the side of  house where the garage was to be attached.

I was not pleased. They ended up taking a lot of the dirt from behind the garage and replaced with sand. I ended up having to call another contractor, which cost more money to have fixed.
