Sean and Austin did wonderful job for us. My mini split quit working. The installer, Brian Shrives of Berkeley Springs WV left us with no heat. I tried multiple times to get this guy to come fix my problem which never happened. I called Mini Splits USA and they came right out. After fixing Shrives screw ups they had my unit working great and it is still working. I highly recommend these two for prompt service. AND do not call Shrives what ever you do

This is the worst company with which I have ever had the displeasure of doing business. AVOID at all costs! They installed incompatible units (heat pump incompatible with air handler), even after being advised by the manufacturer not to do so. After we were left with NO HEAT in the middle of winter, the owner disappeared after making very little attempt to rectify the situation. Then he disappeared completely, claiming that he was getting out of the HVAC business. Again, AVOID this scammer.

Mini-Splits is a very progressive business and the team has a good work ethic. The professional attitude was evident from the moment they arrived. They have a very competent and polite staff. They even went above and beyond their contract by calling and making sure I was 100% satisfied several weeks after the job was completed. They are my go to company for any hvac issues.
