One Hour Air Conditioning Largo of Clearwater

Just got a whole new system put in and its leaking everywhere all over my garage. I have been calling for 3 days no help at all, They keep saying a tech will call and they never do. horrible company the worst

Amazing! These installers were working in very difficult weather conditions. Very professional and informative. Excellent cleanup and finishing. We had two systems installed in ONE DAY! One Hour Air Conditioning completely defrauded me. They did not have any tools so I used my own tools to open the air conditioner. They did not have the adapter to connect the system analysis unit to the a/c so they could not diagnose the problem. They said the unit had too much rust as an excuse so I opened all the bolts so they could access the unit myself. They demanded payment for the call so I paid them just to get them to leave. I am disputing the bill with Visa because there was no work done. I called another air conditioning company not affiliated with Angi that works on Mini-Split systems and they fixed the problem in 20 minutes and the unit is working extremely well.

The tech educated us and fixed the problem.

How important it is to keep heat pump and air is good working condition.

Kris took the time to explain what he found during his inspection and how he could fix the problems. He got us up and running and was nothing but professional and friendly the entire time.

Ryan Deon came as specified time. I know exactly what was wrong and had the part and fixed it immediately. Also adjusted a piece in the AC unit. Answered all my questions was polite, informative and a pleasure to work with. I will be using one hour AC and heating for all of my future issues. Thanks again

One Hour did a great job. But . . . They forgot one simple, easy to overlook thing necessitating a return visit which they promptly did, willingingly, pleasantly and professionally. That solved the problem.

Very thorough in explaining the problem and with actual pictures of my problems. Explained what it would take in repairs, as well as time involved and cost. Accomplished the repairs quickly and cleaned up every area they worked in. Great Job!
