One Hour Air Conditioning completely defrauded me. They did not have any tools so I used my own tools to open the air conditioner. They did not have the adapter to connect the system analysis unit to the a/c so they could not diagnose the problem. They said the unit had too much rust as an excuse so I opened all the bolts so they could access the unit myself. They demanded payment for the call so I paid them just to get them to leave. I am disputing the bill with Visa because there was no work done. I called another air conditioning company not affiliated with Angi that works on Mini-Split systems and they fixed the problem in 20 minutes and the unit is working extremely well.
