"JES Foundation contracts all their electrical work out to Root Electric. In the process of installing my new sump pump, back-up sump pump, and sump pump alarm system, it was determined that a new dedicated outlet could not be created due to my existing electrical panel being too small. Thus, I needed to get an electrical panel upgrade. Through JES Foundation, a date and time was arranged to have my new electrical panel upgrade installed. The lead Root electrician Andrew, and his assistant Andy, dd a terrific job installing the new upgraded electric panel. They were both very friendly, efficient, and professional. Andrew afterwards walked me through everything that was done, and answered any questions that I had. They also cleaned up afterwards very well. I highly recommend Root Electric and JES Foundation to anyone who needs their expertise."

I had two new Trane units installed to replace a really old set. The installation was great and support just as good. There was initially a drainage issue that got resolved as soon as it popped up, but that was due to a small drain pipe in the attic unit that got clogged with debris. Then the flood sensor went bad. But like previously stated, they are always on top of it and get it fixed right up. The pricing and service was amazing even prior to having the units replaced, too. And I have a very complicated hydronic and heat pump setup. I'd strongly recommend these guys to anyone in the area."
