Armando showed up on time (I was alerted via text messages with advance quote, arrival times and "en route" status). Armando was polite, considerate and conscientious. He worked very hard to complete all the rooms in about 2 hours. He even checked to make sure I had my cat secured (so she wouldn't escape during cleaning). My only warning would be: When they give you a quote on the phone it may not be the same as when they arrive and measure. I have wool carpet and there was a significant difference in pricing, almost double. I had taken the day off to accommodate the carpet cleaning so I did proceed. The carpets look great, but I think I paid too much."
