When I called to complain, their concession was to attempt to make me wait another week and hold me hostage with a two hour window. Not acceptable. When are contractors like this going to get their scheduling act together and stop standing working people up? If they don't want to perform free estimates, then don't. This was the only contractor Angie recommended. Dissapointed with them as well. I have a paid membership."
